Pretty Mediocre (at least if you’re not there for golf)

I stayed at this resort for three nights for work, a convention at the nearby convention center. It felt like a very strange place to me — a combination of Vegas and nursing home (it smelled like a nursing home to me). It’s isolated from stores and restaurants unless you have a car (which I did not), but they have a market in the basement that is very well stocked and there are several restaurants within the resort that are OK but not great. The furniture felt very 80s to me, too, although the bed was comfortable so I slept better than I often do at hotels. I was not there for golf, so perhaps it’s better for the groups of men we saw a lot of walking around.
INCREDIBLE STAY - we were treated like family!

After flight delays we arrived to find that we had not booked all of our rooms. The front desk didn't bat an eye, they immediately went to work fixing our resrvation AND making sure that our rooms were close. We were all exhausted and figured it would be vending machines for supper. The clerks walked us to the closest restaurant, that was open until late! There we were treated so well! No one complained that we were the last diners and the food was outstanding, especially the fresh made guacamole. The rest of our stay was wonderful with great advice from the concierge on how to navigate the city. We were actually sad to leave, the whole hotel made us feel like family and took great care. Highly recommend!!!
