Convenient and Quiet
Barb J (Savage, Maryland) on Jan 05, 2026
Bottom line upfront: Convenient location, newer, smaller hotel that meets basic needs. Transportation: we opted to take the transportation offered by the hotel, while it was a bit pricey, it was very convenient! And both drivers that we had were friendly and accommodating. Check-in: While there was only one person at the actual check-in desk, there was an employee at the concierge. She was so friendly and kind and assisted us with check-in. She offered to place us on a list to view the Epcot fireworks on their top floor during the inhouse party where you can hear what's happening at the park and you have access to snacks. Not sure this perk is offered to everyone so be sure to ask. Room: Pretty standard room. We had a suite and I didn't feel it was anything spectacular. It was your standard hotel room. I believe the cost per night is more to do with the close proximity to the parks than it has to do with the room amenities. The hotel is on the newer side and is smaller than it's sister properties so it does give a more quiet and upscale feel. Gym: Adequate. Park transportation: one day we took the bus to Magic Kingdom and as others have stayed it drops you at the ticket and parking lots but we preferred that so it worked. The boat ride to Epcot was short and made up for the long ride to Magic Kingdom that we experienced. Also the boat goes to the Boardwalk where you can transfer to take buses that will drop you at the entrance of Magic Kingdom. Please note that you can walk to the Boardwalk area. In fact one day we did because the boat had just left and it would have taken us longer to wait than to walk. Pools: we only visited the Dolphin pool because it was large and had a slide. There is a pool within the hotel that is more quiet but it doesn't have the bells and whistles of the Dolphin. Food: we didn't eat at Swan Reserve but did walk to the Boardwalk and Dolphin hotel to have food. There weren't many food options located in the hotel itself.
One of my new favorites at WDW

We stayed here for a quick weekend trip to go to the holiday parties. Check in was great. LeeAnn is a great ambassador for this hotel. She was so pleasant and very informative. We had an Epcot view. The room was spotless. The bedding is great and the room was quiet for sleeping. You do have to pay for parking but then you get free parking at the parks. It's very walkable to Hollywood and Epcot. We just used the coffee shop and the barista was so friendly and nice. Download the app to order ahead! This is truly a 5 star resort that shines on the grounds of WDW!
Beautiful boutique hotel near Epcot

From being greeted by bell services to checkin process the stay was amazing. We enjoyed 1 week in a corner suite with fireworks view. The room was very clean, huge, and was full of everything necessary to enjoy your stay. Comfortable living room area 3 huge TV’s a giant dining room table, charger ports everywhere, fridge, Keurig, separate toilet with shower room with sinks in both. Extra large bedroom with very comfortable bed and temperate controls in every area robes to lounge in. Room service was had on multiple occasions and was delicious and arrived very fast. They have an onsite cafe where you can get cold brew, espresso drinks and chai. They have some ice cream options, candy, and bakery items. We didn’t do the pool, but it looked great. Wish they had an onsite laundry room, but they did have a very fast shuttle service to the other building with laundry which was massive and more food options. I highly recommend this hotel, the staff, the amenities, and convenience are top notch. My son is still talking about the “swan pastina”.
Excellent Disney Resort

Swan Reserve is an excellent Disney resort that is within a 15min walk of both Epcot and Hollywood Studios. It's enough out of the way so you can get some relaxation, but still get to Swan/Dolphin and the parks easily. The best part of this hotel is the service the staff provides. We had a family emergency and they were incredibly accommodating to our changing plans. That alone will make me continue to come back to this resort. The rooms were also super clean and the Greek restaurant was excellent. A bit pricey, but I guess that's Disney! Thanks again to a great hotel staff and stay. We will be back!
Great Experience

Just a fantastic place. The bar off the lobby was excellent with great food and service. The Amare in the hotel was also fantastic. And the room was also outstanding. We saw the fireworks every night. Also the location is great to walk to Epcot or Hollywood studios or take the boat. We look forward to staying there again.
