The experience was great. Very friendly staff and clean hotel. Nice area you are able to walk to different locations. Very close to the parks and taxi and uber is very convenient. Edgar at the bar and Debbie in the buffet give great service.

Debra and Sandy at the Tesoro Cove were phenomenal. Very helpful, friendly and attentive. Breakfast service was exceptional.

We stayed here and the check in was easy and quick.The staff was wonderful they were quick to help us with check on process .The room was in building #2 on 8th floor clean, the room was a 1 bedroom, kitchen was perfect , the livingroom good size but furniture was very uncomfortable. The bedroom and bathroom was wonderful in size , bed was very comfortable. The resort had things going on each night we had a great time.

I stayed 2 nights at the Wyndham Grand at Bonnet Creek in Orlando. While there were two minor setbacks that I mentioned in the post-stay survey and am waiting to hear back on, I must say that overall, the experience was exceptional. The location is excellent, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. Cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding, noise levels were minimal, and the service was consistently professional and friendly. The amenities added great value to the stay, even though I wasn't able to use them this stay, making it a place I would gladly return to.

After a rough check-in and bad bar experience and front desk bad time. There was nothing other than Heather from the morning breakfast buffet sit in dining area that saved our experience here at the Wyndham! Heather was warm and welcoming, she cared about our travel and our experience truly, you cannot find anything better than someone who cares about you and your trios experience
