Great experience

We came to the Tesoro restaurant for breakfast and it was delicious. The food was amazing and our server Richard was outstanding. He was friendly, helpful and informative. We will definitely be coming back.

This hotel was an amazing place to stay for 3 nights before our cruise. The coffee shop serving Starbucks was amazing, food, rooms with great shower were class too. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you

Mixed feelings

Beautiful resort with lots of amenities. I would have given 5 stars, but the air conditioning did not work in our room. Called the front desk before we went out for the evening to report it. Nothing was done and no contact from the staff as to what was wrong. Upon checkout I mentioned it to the desk and was given a refund of the resort fee. There are several restaurants and we ate at the Back Bay pool bar and it was really good, but expensive. We were going to have breakfast there between checked out, but the only option was Tesoro, which was buffet only for $28 per person. Would we stay there again? Maybe.

Overall good but needs more staff

Gabriel Balleste from the valet team is phenomenal. He helped me with my Doordash driver who only spoke Spanish even though it wasn't his job. Also, the pools are nice & the room had bunk beds. But there are way too many people & not enough staff. There was always a long wait at the front desk and there were multiple conferences at the same time as well as cheerleaders here for a competition. I really loved the property, they just need faster service/more staff to handle the number of guests. Also, the spa is way overpriced. Its got half the amenities of Caesars Palace but double the price.
