Breezy, clean, friendly atmosphere. Carmelo was THE best - attentive and personal in perfect measures! Easy walk from condo. Shade, pond, fountain, wildlife, and great food.

We had a very unpleasant stay from the start on Dec 26th. My wife's Prada sunglasses were lost/stolen from the Wyndham property. She was Bay back swimming pool area and used the restroom. It was stolen from the restroom. This is bizzare, i have never faced such experience. Then next day, we went to Magic kingdom and when we came back, the room was not cleaned. The cleaning folks marked our room as cleaned. I took pictures and showed to front desk staff. This is blatant cheating. Now, i can totally see where the sunglasses went. This is a horrible experience from a property of this standard , that too in Disney area where people come to enjoy and relax. I will try to warn others also about this cheating behavior. Even though i reported multiple times about it to front desk manager, there wasn't any kind of apology or compensatory behavior. It's like they are used to such experiences of guests.

Carmelo is absolutely amazing! His skills are bar none. He combines his attentiveness and personability which makes him an outstanding person and waiter.

The Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort is beautiful and very relaxing. Our lake-view room was lovely, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed lunch at Back Bay Pool, Bar & Grill, where our server Carmelo was attentive, easygoing, and gave great recommendations — the grilled chicken sandwich, fries, and Greek salad were all excellent. We also had a couples massage at Blue Harmony Spa, which was incredibly relaxing, and the champagne at the end was a nice added touch. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.

Beautiful clean hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Worth the upgrade to the Lake View. Room for improvement would be to provide lotion in the bathroom and thicker comforter for the bed. Comforter was thin as a sheet and no extra blanket in the closet. Fantastic resort near Disney, would stay again for sure.
