This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life with my family. Cleaning? They don't know what it is. I stayed for 19 days in this Orlando unit on Internacional drive and it was the worst stay of my life. We got very sick because the air conditioning was very dirty, we had to film, take pictures, ask to change rooms but EVERYONE had the same problem. The cleaning of the room was just to change the towels, because broom, this place never even saw. Very disappointed. We got very sick with allergies because of the dust and dirt. I don't recommend it. I will attach the videos on trip advisor so you can see the bad quality of this hotel.

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and in a perfect location. Their shuttle service to the Disney parks was amazing and all their drivers super nice. A big shoutout to the ladies at the Tesoro Cove restaurant - Sandy, Deb, Claudia and especially Heather - who welcomed us every day for breakfast with a smile, remembered our orders and made time for a chit chat with us! Will definitely recommend!

Limited restaurant choices. Limited menu choice in the pool bar which was the only place with any atmosphere. Not amazing service

The entire staff was very helpful from check in to check out. However, I would like to especially thank the Housekeeping Staff for providing excellent service and thank Victor and Adil from the Valet Service team for ensuring we got our car on time when needed. Very friendly and enthusiastic valets!

My wife and I took our six-year-old son to Disney for the first time. We ate at the breakfast buffet every day before leaving. Our little guy can be a “picky eater” and we were always able to find something good Healthy, as well as a variety for him, which is always a challenge. What really stands out is the extremely friendly and accommodating staff. From the moment you come in, you are greeted with a smile. It was also clear that all of the staff work together as a team. I want to reach out and give a special thank you to Richard, Sandy, and Claudia for making our days extra special. Highly recommend.
