Amazing service! Richard was the perfect server, navigating a busy night to make our experience a priority. Heather was super friendly and attentive at breakfast. Sandy and Claudia were wonderful as well. The overnight lady at the front desk was one of the best I've seen in years. KUDOS TO ALL

Great resort. Many amenities all within walking distance including mini-golf, multiple pools, spa, etc. Many dining experiences to choose from such as Sushi Bar, Pool Bar/Restaurant, Pizza, Fine Dining, etc. Staff is very pleasant and accomodating. Close proximity to Disney Springs and theme parks. Even had view of the Epcot fireworks from our balcony.

The entire experience was wonderful! My favorite was eating at the restaurant deep blu! Chef Frank was amazing! The food was incredible! The waitress Rachel was knowledgeable and the hostess was a sweetheart! The entire resort and hotel was accommodating in every way I can't wait to come back with the rest of my family!

Rayniel was an amazing server. He noticed it was our daughter’s 25th birthday on her licenses and brought her a piece of birthday cake. We started talking and his niece lives in our area of Florida- Destin. Our food was delicious and the service was beyond excellent.

Loved deep blu restaurant! The food was excellent and we got to meet our chef, Frank! He made a special dish for my husband. It was my birthday and I received the best chocolate cheesecake dessert! Our waiter, Azel was very attentive as well. The lady who greeted us was so nice too.
