Overall service was great, huge shout out to Jose and Gabe a couple of the valet attendants. Their attention to detail was superb!!

The highlight of my stay was enjoying a leisurely breakfast. I dined 3 mornings and was able to see Sandy, Debra, and Heather multiple times. They were so warm and welcoming, attentive but not overbearing. Their kindness provided the best start to the day! All of the food I had was delicious as well.

Heather, Sandy, Deb and Claudia were amazing. Such a blessing to us and the service was incredible. Made us feel right at home. My daughter was crying because the buffet just closed as we walked up. You guys welcomed us in and made her day. We will definitely come back and dine with you guys again. Incredible breakfast buffet.

Back Bay bar and grill was awesome, special thanks to Carmelo for the great service. Location was close to Disney. Easy access from the airport. Rooms were spacious. And Starbucks coffee was available. Pools and food were excellent.
