Wonderful stay as usual!

My wife and I spent 4 nights at La Quinta resort. We played 2 rounds of golf, ate at 3 of the 4 restaurants, used the excercise facility and the spa and pools. Its an amazing place that we have been coming to for almost 30 years. The staff was amazing as usual and so helpful. We had a problem with the fireplace in our room and they had it fixed in 15 minutes. We also had a small problem with our billing email and Warren took care of it quickly and professionally. He was great! This is one of our favorite resorts in the US its not inexpensive but with the ambiance and quality it's a great value!
Perfect Stress Free Getway

We haven't been to the area in about 10 years and were looking for a quick and easy getaway - no TSA or stressful airports. We chose this resort because it was dog friendly. So glad we did. My husband and I had the most relaxing weekend with our two dogs. Our little bungalow had a wood burning fireplace and a lovely patio in the back where we sipped our morning coffee. It was a short walk to the nearest pool and there was a lovely loop around the grounds to walk our dogs. We enjoyed our dinner at the Mexican restaurant at the hotel and we also checked out The Marketplace for coffee and pastries one morning then sat outside with our pups. All of the staff - including the wait staff at restaurant were lovely. First rate experience! We'll definitely go back.

Came for a quick trip. One of the nicest experiences I’ve ever had. Leslie, Frank, Adrian, Phil, Brianna were all amazing (especially Leslie!!!). I can’t tell you how special they made my trip.
Beautiful location, very relaxing stay

We stayed at La Quinta Resort & Club in Palm Springs for five nights in Room 433, and overall had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, with lush landscaping and stunning mountain views throughout the property. The resort offers numerous amenities and dining options, making it easy to enjoy everything without leaving the property. There are multiple pools and hot tubs scattered throughout, including a main pool, lap pool, and an adults-only pool with a bar. We really enjoyed exploring and trying the different pool areas during our stay. We dined at both the Grab & Go Market and Adobe Grill, and were pleased with the convenience and quality of the food. Our room was very comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, featuring a dedicated luggage area, wet bar, king-size bed, seating area, gas fireplace, and a spacious bathroom. The private porch, which overlooked the pool and mountains, was a wonderful place to relax. My only minor complaints were that the shower water pressure was just okay, and the motion-sensor light in the bathroom kept turning off while I was still in the shower, which was a bit frustrating. The resort is located about 45 minutes from Palm Springs, which made it feel like a true getaway. As a nice bonus, the hotel hosted a New Year’s Eve party for guests, adding an extra special touch to our stay. Overall, we had a very peaceful and relaxing experience and would absolutely consider returning.
Iconic property, epic service failures

This is a gorgeous, iconic property but that’s where it ends. Service is terrible. Staff drive around in golf carts all day long and it felt like I was dodging them the whole time. Rooms seem to be in constant state of being cleaned with carts and trash bags all over the property. Front desk does not acknowledge Hilton Honors status, room requests, and forget about upgrades. Pools were dirty, no towels at the pools. Limited food options. Plan in advance or you really won’t eat. AMEX Platinum cardholders should also run as this hotel did not acknowledge my status or AMEX Platinum perks. Management was non-responsive. I’m taking time to write this because I convinced another family to travel here with mine only to have our trip ruined every step of the way—even after sharing my concerns. The hotel will text to ask how your stay is going and then gaslight you with non-answers. I travel frequently and this was a really bad experience.
