Aliah was phenomenal with my fst message today. It was my first experience with the fst and i will book with her again. She made every moment relaxing and so gentle with me.

I was so disappointed. I had purchased some vouchers on Travelzoo for 5 day stay. I am a Hilton Honors Member as well. I got there and there was wishy washy confusion about the guest rates (or not) to play golf at the attached Pete Dye Mountain View course. I ended up leaving check in went online, and called the course myself, that told me one price. The following day, I checked with the desk again who sent me a ink to register, which I did. I was instructed to pay when I got to the course after signing up under the link provided by the resort which listed another different price. When I got to the course that next morning, I was charged a different amount all together. Later in my stay, I looked at my credit card statement online and noticed they were charging me a decent number of line items that were fees. I texted the resort number offered to me at check in, someome responded they would look at my folio and get back to me. No one ever did. I ended up checking out to catch a flight the following morning and let them know that I noticed I was over charged on daily parking, different form what was printed on the vouchers at checkin. When I landed, I looked closer at my folio, it was three pages with 40 line items that were a tax for the 5 days. 40! THe bill was three pages long. I had a room upgrade for the 5 nights, and ate at the pool and restaurant once each. I am floored, three pages? I texted the resort again, and met with a cold response, with an apology for over charging me for parking. The whole thing left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. This is nice reputable resort that should have whatever discount (or not) on golf dialed in and clear when making the T Time. It was frustrating to say the least. The over charging on parking and fees/taxes felt far below standard at a nice resort like this. It was printed on my vouchers at check in, and I personally feel anything different from that should have had a pretty easy explanation. I wasn't trying to get out of paying them, I was just needing an explanation why so many, it appears that some of them are being billed more than once a day.

At La Quinta for weekend wedding. After long wait to check in, we secured extra room for my son and his wife by preregistration. When my son and his wife arrived the next morning, the resort had given his room away, resulting in a several hour wait to check in. In our casita, there was hot water for the shower the first night, and then no more for the rest of the weekend. Despite this, we had incredible service from Jasmina Piper in catering and event planning.

Yvette was our server at twenty6. She provided excellent service, got the order exactly right, was extremely personable, friendly, and amicable. She was also very attentive and created a fun atmosphere.

This beautiful resort is hands down our favorite go to for a close to home romantic getaway! We celebrate every special event (anniversary, birthday, etc) here. The staff and management are on point to make us feel as if we are the most important guests on property. If we could rate this resort higher than 5 stars....it would be 10 stars! We can't wait to go back. Restaurants, especially Morgan's is top quality, with top quality service! Rolando and Joshua made my 75th birthday celebration a great memory we will not forget. Special thanks go to Alberico, Maggie, Jackie, Rose, Salvadore, Nixon. Don't hesitate to go in summer! Even with warm weather, it was a wonderful experience!
