Customer Service suprême! From Fern’s welcome at the front desk, it got better and better. I had a minor maintenance need that I mentioned in passing to Ray and he was on it immediately. How and where to go??? Concierge Gordie had it all. I felt like a Palm Springs resident! Last but not least was the impromptu birthday bubble salute for my daughter by Gordie and the front desk team. Everyone was so attentive. Including the bar and pool staff. The location is perfect for seeing all of Palm Springs. When am I going back??? Soon!

We have travelled across America doing Route 66 and this hotel was almost at the end of our journey. Reception check in staff were lovely especially Keesha. We had been upgraded to a high room with a balcony and when we said we were doing the trip for our 45th wedding anniversary she gave us a voucher for free drinks at the bar, she also overlooked the car parking charge. The room was the best we have stayed in, it was a small suite with a separate seating area with tv and also a tv in the bedroom. The balcony was nice with 2 chairs and a table. We ate downstairs in the restaurant, the food was very nice, we had burger and chicken wings. The strawberry cake for dessert was delicious it was really light and very tasty.

We just got married and went for our honeymoon to have a few relaxing days by the pool. The concierge, Gordon, made us feel so special! He went above and beyond and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate!

Justin snd Gordie were great upon arrival. The room was clean and comfy. We overlooked the pool. The pool was fabulous. We enjoyed the bar too. Great drinks. Friendly staff. Starbucks was nice in the morning. We Definitely will be back to visit.

Girls trip was a success!! We tried a new hotel this year and so happy we did. The Renaissances Palm Springs will be our new home for our annual trip. From the minute we arrived everyone was so welcoming. Justin was so helpful and accommodating. The rooms, hotel and pool were clean and beautiful. Spent 2 days at the pool. Charlie, the bar tender was so friendly and attentive. Cant wait to go back!!
