First time here at the renaissance hotel. From the moment I walked in I was already sold… beautiful lobby. And most importantly Justin at the front desk. Always so cheerful and great attitude. It was not just with me but with everyone. Even when it seemed busy he was always smiling. I appreciate that… Thank you Justin for always remembering me by name. You made my time here special. I will be back! One thing TVs need to be updated. (Smart tvs)

Love this place. My favorite hotel in downtown. Employees are great. Food is fantastic. Management has done a great job. Can’t wait to go back.

My trip was amazing. They went above and beyond, which I appreciate it. The gentleman named Gordon or gordie.Helped us with our bags had one of the most accommodating personalities, a beautiful smile and attitude . And just in case you have not Justin the front desk manager. With the most beautiful smile accommodatingand very nice. Suggested where we can see them at that was close to the hotel. As we sit and observe, wow, how are you it's not just me but with everyone that came up to the desk. There was champagne In the lobby. As well, hors d'oeuvres. for the guest JUSTIN your VIP ! Customer Service suprême! From Fern’s welcome at the front desk, it got better and better. I had a minor maintenance need that I mentioned in passing to Ray and he was on it immediately. How and where to go??? Concierge Gordie had it all. I felt like a Palm Springs resident! Last but not least was the impromptu birthday bubble salute for my daughter by Gordie and the front desk team. Everyone was so attentive. Including the bar and pool staff. The location is perfect for seeing all of Palm Springs. When am I going back??? Soon!

We have travelled across America doing Route 66 and this hotel was almost at the end of our journey. Reception check in staff were lovely especially Keesha. We had been upgraded to a high room with a balcony and when we said we were doing the trip for our 45th wedding anniversary she gave us a voucher for free drinks at the bar, she also overlooked the car parking charge. The room was the best we have stayed in, it was a small suite with a separate seating area with tv and also a tv in the bedroom. The balcony was nice with 2 chairs and a table. We ate downstairs in the restaurant, the food was very nice, we had burger and chicken wings. The strawberry cake for dessert was delicious it was really light and very tasty.
