Unprofessional management

They have unprofessional , unorganized management , and so rude, acting like stupid . They cancel paid reservation without notice to me. I asked them why you cancel my reservation? We stayed in the car till morning , until I find another hotel .

I want to give a special shout out to Gordie. He went out of his way to take care of me, he went to the back and got me a lunch which was his. I appreciate folks like him so much. Just wanted to share how lucky Renaissance is to have an employee like him

Special Anniversary Stay

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 2 nights to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Everything (room, food, staff service, pool) about this hotel was excellent. A special shoutout to Jay, Justin, and Gordy at the front desk, and the gentleman (didn’t catch his name) at the restaurant, for their parts in making it special.

Underrated!!!

This is really an underrated hotel. Quite impressive when you walk in the lobby given its price point. Tastefully updated. The pool area looks impressive too. Breakfast was really good and the service was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Palm Springs Stay!

Why would anyone book any other hotel while in Palm Springs. What I immediately noticed how happy the employees were from the front desk to the restaurant for breakfast to the bar area for lunch to the housekeeping crew. A shout out to Jake, Mark, and Allysa and the entire staff! Keep up the good work. I have been a Bonvoy member for years and traveled extensively and this hotel gets 5 stars!
