Erin is a shining star at this hotel, for everything else the hotel lacks, she makes up for it in spades. She knows what it means to truly go above and beyond for a guest and takes her title as concierge to heart. I had an important zoom meeting and needed a quiet space, she overheard my husband and me talking about it and was nice enough to help me find a place to take my meeting. She was also so kind as to help out with going to get medicine for my husband that the hotel did not have. She is truly the best.

My wife and I recently visited the Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. The hotel is only a short 10 minute walk from downtown Palm Springs where all the shops and restaurants are centrally located. Prior to our stay I contacted the hotel to inquire about how to make this weekend memorable for my wife and I. The front desk person quickly connected us with Gordie the concierge of the hotel. Within minutes of speaking with Mr. Berry, he already had such a positive first impression on me, he was caring, knowledgeable, excited and eager to make the most of our short weekend trip. He had great recommendations for dinner, breakfast and took the liberty to book reservations on our behalf. I want to personally thank Gordon once again for making our weekend at the Renaissance for my wife and I's 10 year wedding anniversary unforgettable. You were instrumental to our wonderful time in Palm Springs, thank you for going above and beyond to facilitate our itinerary and thank you for your hospitality and grace. I look forward to our next stay here in the future as long as Gordie is still there. He truly exemplifies customer service and is a wonderful asset to this hotel. Don't let him go!

This hotel looks beautiful from the outside. The front lobby is lovely, the pool patio has lots of cool seating...as you get closer to the seating areas you see pool chairs are thread-bare, patio seating cushions are faded, looked almost moldy or like they've been in a fire...ripped outdoor carpeting. I mean REALLY? NOT what I would expect from an upscale marriott hotel. Some of the couch cushions were in disrepair to the point of comical/embarrassing. My 1st room had a mini fridge that didn't work and door wouldn't close. Oy. 2nd room was fine. Changing rooms was no issue. If you're wanting to do business while you stay here the internet is 10 mbs. That's right...10!!! Yikes! It's a great location and the woman at the concierge is lovely and friendly. I probably would not stay here again. A million choices in palmsprings.

I stayed at this property a number of times over the last few years. Great location and service. Really is a beautiful property and well-maintained. However, it is beginning to show its age in different places. It is for sure worth the stay and has always been a great value.

The pictures look great but the property is old and poorly maintained. We booked a mountain view balcony room. We were initially put in a rooftop AC vent view on the second floor. They were able to move us to a parking lot view no balcony. The pool umbrellas are mostly missing the pins that hold the umbrellas up, my husband found one in the grass. There was trash around the pool at 830 in the morning so it wasn’t cleaned very well the night before. The pool itself is old and in need of repairs. We wanted to do a load of laundry and the detergent is available at the front desk, they didn’t have any. The ice machine is missing on the second floor. Overall not a great place
