This resort has the absolute friendliest staff. We had a lovely check in experience while being helped by James at the front desk. Check in was quick and easy and James made us feel like family the second we got to the counter. Thank you to James and all the other kind hard working staff!!

Stayed here on a Friday night with my parents. Had a great time at the Social Hour, loved the Hadas pool, and enjoyed the free mini golf. All the staff were very friendly. Wish we had time to enjoy more of this hotel's amenities. Thanks for your help Coleman!

James was such a bright spot in my day. He is exactly what is needed in the service industry. So few people take the extra time, but he did. He was customer focused and made me feel special. Please give this man big kudos. Thanks for the experience James!!!

James helped us at the Westin Rancho Mirage and can I just tell you he was so extra! He was professional, friendly , helpful and exactly what more hospitality chains need. Please hire more people just like him and give him a raise!

I have traveled quite a bit this year and this was by far this best stay I have had all year!! The customer service was above expectations and James displayed prime example of True customer service.
