“Executive Suite” was a joke…room not ready until 5pm….was dirty, dark, no light…broken fixtures like shaded and sliding door locks. Next to parking lot and main road. Only nice thing I can say is the staff were nice. Very tired resort…NEEDS A HUGE OVERHAUL

Building 11, 2 Housekeeping staff sat outside near our door for 1 hour, talking and laughing loud from 8am-9:30am. We had the Presidential suite and paid $900 per night, no respect here and nobody answered the office phone at all so we could report at the moment it was happening.

Marlene at the front desk is awesome. She's wonderful and a sweetheart. She had a big smile on her face and was very friendly plus helpful. I'll be coming back for sure because of her.
