The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa delivers a tremendous experience once again! My family and I love to ring in the New Year at this wonderful resort. As a seasoned traveler across the country (and globe), I will keep coming back to those locations that deliver exceptional service and extreme value. This property continues to do that time and time again. From the clean and spacious guest rooms of all types to the golf course & spa, to the beautiful fitness center, to the delicious restaurant and lounge, to the thrilling game room (arcades and bowling), this resort offers everything you need for a memorable experience! I want to thank Kimberly Laxson for going above and beyond to make sure my family, and all the guests, have an amazing time. Her presence has been felt in a short amount of time at the resort. She leads by example, and her staff follows with a customer-first mentality. If you travel enough, you know that check-in time can be very busy. The staff handled the traffic flawlessly, and each guest received a friendly welcome and smooth securement of their rooms. Adriana was great for us and took care of check-in easily at the front desk. If you are a morning coffee person like me, make sure to hit Coffee-ology for some tasty coffee and treats. And if sit down breakfast is your thing, then head over to Pinzimini for a delightful meal, which also offers wonderful lunch and dinner menus! Keep an eye out for Omar at Pinzimini, whether he's serving tables or behind the bar, he will take wonderful care of you! If you have kid(s) like me, then look no further than Pints & Pinz, it's an absolute favorite of mine and my son's. Bowling, arcades and fair style games, keep you busy anytime, plus they have a full bar for those adult activities :) No matter which of the seasons you plan to visit Palm Springs/Rancho Mirage/Palm Desert, this resort is a MUST!! Jay at the front desk could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Everything we asked about was explained in detail, and it has made our family trip very carefree and pleasant.

Marlene was so very kind. She allowed us to check in a little early and provided an upgrade. Had lunch and enjoyed our day. Thank you Marlene.

Very dated hotel, especially for a Westin. Room had a smell when we arrived. Bathroom, couch, flooring everything needs to be updated. Don't understand a $40 resort fee for what? Just incorporate resort fee into room rate. Everyone has to pay it., why break it out??? Also not happy about $23 a night parking fee. AND the gated parking was a joke. The room key NEVER worked and we always had to call to be let into the parking lot and to have the gates lifted going into and exiting lot. One time we could not get out of lot and had to get maintenance. Very expensive room for what you get. One good point, the golf course was nice and grounds were well maintained. As long as you are visiting for the day and not staying overnight all good.

Christopher went above and beyond to accommodate our reservation . He was friendly, thorough, understanding, and welcoming. We are grateful for anll the information he shared and warm hospitality.
