Adrian at the Fireside is amazing! He went out of his way to give me a guided tour of the hotel from lobby to bowling alley from the Fireside so I would t get lost. The food and service were excellent!

This is a beautiful resort! Many amenities: pools,water slides, arcade/bowling,24h gym,restaurants,cafe, spa, and more... The resort fee you pay includes many things: bowling, bike rental,mini-golf and the daily $10 food credit.... The service is good,our room was nice and clean,very spacious with a patio/balcony. The pool is beautiful and the water slide is great for the kids.Overall,with my family,we enjoyed our stay! *** The water of the jacuzzis isn't hot! *** The parking has no shade.

Wonderful 5 days at the Rancho Mirage. Can you say relaxing? Wonderful accommodation, wonderful staff, dining was top notch whether it was casual or sit down meals! SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO TRACY AT THE POOLSIDE BAR! She was awesome! Normally she’s at the golf course but since it was closed for the summer for repairs she was working the pool. What a doll, and so nice and helpful. The speaker system wasn’t working so ON HER BREAK she scrounged up a liTTLE blu tooth speaker we could use. Made my wife SO HAPPY! She’sTruly an asset to the Rancho Mirage. Girl deserves A RAISE for sure! We couldn’t play golf so our time was spent at the pool, and she made it nice! I could talk about “the resort” itself, but it did not disappoint at hall. Enough said! Prices were fair and resort clean and tidy Will come again FOR SURE!

The property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I found Christopher to be particularly helpful and received great customer service from him. I highly recommend this property, the amenities are fabulous!!!!

I can't say enough about The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa! Each time my family and I visit, the experience gets better and better. The location is perfect. If you need the leave the property, you are 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs one way, and 15 minuets to downtown Palm Desert the other way. With that said, the beauty of this resort is that you don't have to leave at all. It has everything. Situated on a beautiful golf course, the Westin offers multiple pools that are both adult only and kid friendly, as well as outdoor activities such as tennis and basketball on their private courts. They offer fine dining at Pinzimini, and a casual atmosphere setting at the Fireside Lounge. If you just need some casual breakfast, lunch or dinner options, Coffee-ology, Chef's Secret Window, and Las Brisas Pool Bar have wonderful selections daily. Of course, their "In-Room Dining" is available for those days you just want to relax on the balcony. Don't forget about the Wellness Spa which offers luxury facials and soothing massages. I want to thank Kimberly Laxson once again for making sure my family (like all the guests) enjoyed a tremendous experience. She has had such a positive impact here. The staff truly expresses her customer-first mentality. The front desk staff handled check-in seamlessly, and each member of our group received a friendly welcome and smooth securement of their rooms. Shoutout to Bernard who was so gracious checking us in, as well as Chris behind the bar at the Fireside Lounge. Looking for some fun times with your kids while on property? Then look no further than Pints & Pinz, it's an absolute favorite of mine and my son's. Bowling, arcades and fair style games, keep you busy anytime, plus they have a full bar for those adult activities :) This resort is a must for anyone coming out to the desert for sun and fun!
