Very dated hotel, especially for a Westin. Room had a smell when we arrived. Bathroom, couch, flooring everything needs to be updated. Don't understand a $40 resort fee for what? Just incorporate resort fee into room rate. Everyone has to pay it., why break it out??? Also not happy about $23 a night parking fee. AND the gated parking was a joke. The room key NEVER worked and we always had to call to be let into the parking lot and to have the gates lifted going into and exiting lot. One time we could not get out of lot and had to get maintenance. Very expensive room for what you get. One good point, the golf course was nice and grounds were well maintained. As long as you are visiting for the day and not staying overnight all good.

Christopher went above and beyond to accommodate our reservation . He was friendly, thorough, understanding, and welcoming. We are grateful for anll the information he shared and warm hospitality.

Relaxing Thanksgiving Day weekend. Great golf course. We will be back. Thank you to Jay for the friendly check in. Nice family resort.

“Executive Suite” was a joke…room not ready until 5pm….was dirty, dark, no light…broken fixtures like shaded and sliding door locks. Next to parking lot and main road. Only nice thing I can say is the staff were nice. Very tired resort…NEEDS A HUGE OVERHAUL

Building 11, 2 Housekeeping staff sat outside near our door for 1 hour, talking and laughing loud from 8am-9:30am. We had the Presidential suite and paid $900 per night, no respect here and nobody answered the office phone at all so we could report at the moment it was happening.
