Great spot but like everywhere else over last couple years it's declined in overall vibe, service, food, amenities, decorum, all while seeming indifferent or unfamiliar at the front desk when you've got an inquiry, grievance, etc. Still as outdated as years past during our annual I mean come on it was just not the vibe anymore (stayed elsewhere last year) but really the vibe that was there isn't (again, like most places.) Also, where was Coleman from the front desk????? Not the same without that guy .

Adrian at the Fireside is amazing! He went out of his way to give me a guided tour of the hotel from lobby to bowling alley from the Fireside so I would t get lost. The food and service were excellent!

This is a beautiful resort! Many amenities: pools,water slides, arcade/bowling,24h gym,restaurants,cafe, spa, and more... The resort fee you pay includes many things: bowling, bike rental,mini-golf and the daily $10 food credit.... The service is good,our room was nice and clean,very spacious with a patio/balcony. The pool is beautiful and the water slide is great for the kids.Overall,with my family,we enjoyed our stay! *** The water of the jacuzzis isn't hot! *** The parking has no shade.

Wonderful 5 days at the Rancho Mirage. Can you say relaxing? Wonderful accommodation, wonderful staff, dining was top notch whether it was casual or sit down meals! SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO TRACY AT THE POOLSIDE BAR! She was awesome! Normally she’s at the golf course but since it was closed for the summer for repairs she was working the pool. What a doll, and so nice and helpful. The speaker system wasn’t working so ON HER BREAK she scrounged up a liTTLE blu tooth speaker we could use. Made my wife SO HAPPY! She’sTruly an asset to the Rancho Mirage. Girl deserves A RAISE for sure! We couldn’t play golf so our time was spent at the pool, and she made it nice! I could talk about “the resort” itself, but it did not disappoint at hall. Enough said! Prices were fair and resort clean and tidy Will come again FOR SURE!

The property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I found Christopher to be particularly helpful and received great customer service from him. I highly recommend this property, the amenities are fabulous!!!!
