This resort was an absolute blast! The staff was super helpful, from the valet to the front desk. It was also awesome that I could text my activities and they’d take care of them right away. It was the best resort I’ve ever stayed at as a solo traveler. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the convenience of texting my requests was a huge plus. I highly recommend checking out the tour on the first day to get a feel for the resort and its rich history. I was blown away and it made my stay even more special. The only downside was one of the receptionists didn’t know what she was talking about and instead of referring me to someone else, she gave me the wrong information. But I stuck with the same person who helped me in the beginning and everything was fine. I’ll definitely be back with family and friends and I’ll definitely spread the word. The main attraction was definitely playing tennis, and it was top-notch!

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and it’s a true highlight of coming to Phoenix. The grounds are gorgeous and peaceful, the room was spacious and clean, and the staff were outstanding. I want to highlight Astrid as the pool server. What a friendly woman and someone who made our days happy and memorable. We truly thank her for her kindness! And at McArthurs we talked to David every day. He was so helpful and sweet and he was the perfect way the start the day. Another great Biltmore stay!
