Loved it!

Jenny B (Lyme Center, New Hampshire) on Feb 17, 2024

I really loved this place. It's completely gorgeous and unique, the food is good, the service is great, the rooms are gorgeous. We stayed in the Paradise building and had the cheapest rooms at the whole resort and we had a lovely garden view and our room was huge and comfortable. Room service was terrific. The pools were great and offer something for everyone. The quiet pool is lovely. Special shoutout to the woman who cleaned our room who was so nice and did such a great job and also to Cheyenne at the pool who went above and beyond for us. I have no idea why people would ever complain about this place, it's really one of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed in, and that's saying something because I travel a LOT.

Luxurious and relaxing four-day stay

Rebecca P (Minneapolis, Minnesota) on Feb 12, 2024

My husband and I were fortunate to celebrate our wedding anniversary at the Arizona Biltmore. We stayed in one of the cottages, which was a perfect choice for us: private and spacious. The Biltmore is a stunning property, with architectural and landscaping details to discover and savor. The high points of our visit were the history tour, which allowed us to view the mystery room and helped us learn about the history of the Biltmore, and the yoga and Pilates fitness classes offered through the fitness center. After a tiring flight, I debated about going to the afternoon yoga stretch class, but I was so glad I did! Chris was a marvelous instructor, very welcoming and helpful. Because I enjoyed the class so much, I went to the Saturday Pilates class, and found that Gary was equally friendly and helpful. The Biltmore is a stunning property with state-of-the-art amenities. During our stay what impressed us the most was the genuinely friendly staff, like Gary, Chris, our history tour guide whose name I can't recall but who was knowledgable and charming, and Marco, our waiter at Renata's. We plan to celebrate our anniversary at the Biltmore every year- and can't wait for the Biltmore's 100th anniversary!
