Beautiful resort

brendatabes (Liverpool, New York) on Jun 06, 2024

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is a beautiful resort. Every single staff member I interacted with was friendly, kind, super helpful, and clearly great at their respective jobs. I cannot speak highly enough for how nice my stay was from my MUCH larger than any average hotel room, beautiful decor/ambiance, amazing food, and delightful staff. And the amenities! What useful, nice, and thoughtful amenities throughout my room and the resort itself. I stayed for 4 nights for a work conference and had most all meals covered. This was one of my first experiences where the food was never the same thing - and it was all truly delicious and well executed. That is challenging with buffet food! I also dined one night solo at la hacienda and my experience there was wonderful as well. The multiple pool options are so nice and if you want a different vibe, you can very quickly hop to another one - and another one. My only reason for giving it 9/10 is that I sadly did not get a great night sleep. I sleep on a soft/medium mattress and the bed I had was very firm with feather pillows, that also are not my preference. I however would not hesitate to go back there, and truly had a wonderful experience staying there.

Wonderful people

Joy S on Jun 05, 2024

Just want to put in a thank you to the wonderful people at Fairmont Princess resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. Over and over again, people have been kind and gone out of their ways to provide more than the thing for which I was even asking. One example.out for an early morning walk…an east coaster, I was ready for breakfast and concerned about my young adult son too, who I knew would wake up soon and be hungry. It was 5:30 am in Arizona. I asked a worker if there was a vending machine. She said no but asked what I was wanting. I suggested a “bar,” and she said she would just find one for me. I then added that my son was with me too, embarrassing but we would have had to split that bar...ha!). She returned a couple minutes later with 6 bars of different varieties. I asked if I could tip her via Venmo and she said “no, no, that’s not necessary!” Clearly it was no big deal to her but it was a big deal to us.
