This is a fantastic place! We decided to there was no need to leave the resort. Brian in the gold lounge was great! Mike filled us in on all the things to do while here. Restaurants, the spa, the pools are all outstanding. However, It’s the people here are what make the experience second to none!

The stay was wonderful the rooms were large comfortable with a balcony. The restaurant food drinks service all top tier. The proximity the airport and much Scottsdale was very convenient. The only frustration was the AC wouldn’t go below 76 so the room was warm at night.

My husband won a trip to this hotel from a Thursday-Sunday, we were told it was an amazing place but oh my gosh……it felt like the Caribbean from the moment we walked onto property. The guys out front who welcome you are in cowboy hats, vests and bolo neck ties, the bellman were all super nice we checked in at the desk which was very efficient the girls were super nice and we were told we had been upgraded to a villa with extra amenities which was a total surprise and a great one at that, we had Ryan as our bellman and he was great, he took us by golf cart to the villas at the backend of the 65 acre property which is breath taking. He took us up to the first floor villa we were assigned overlooking the golf course and the fire pits which was an amazing view and it was super quiet and private back there. He explained everything in the villa, told us about the extras we had with the upgrade and made sure we had everything we needed before he left, he was wonderful !!! Tip your bellman they work hard carrying your suitcases up and down stairs and just being super knowledgeable about the property. The villas were just remodeled so they were so, ice, super huge king beds, fireplaces, coffee and expresso pots in the room, fridge, steamer, huge shower, air conditioning, ceiling fans nice sitting room and great patio, plus with the upgrade the villas have their own private pool, besides the other 4 on property. One pool has a great bar and they even brought in sand one the one side for kids or adults who like beach sand. There was always chairs and towels available you never had to go,to the pool at 7 a.m. to reserve a chair. The restaurants food was very tasty, every employee was super nice had all answers to any questions you may have, just to walk the property you felt like you were in the Caribbean palm trees, water features in the middle of the ponds that lit up with fire at night, great views of golf course, mountains, outside bars, tons of little coves that had comfy sitting areas to have a glass of wine, read a book, do computer work etc. The grounds were meticulously maintained flowers and cactus everywhere, plenty to look at they had a full fragrance garden which was a rose garden that was fully in bloom, a wall of live geraniums . The spa was very nice and if you stay in the villas you can use the spa all day every day during your stay, plus you get shuttle service within 3 miles while you are there. The spa offers several classes daily included yoga, stretch, aerial yoga, and you have the use of the roof top pool, my only complaint is that in the spa there is only 1 section you can enjoy with your husband the rest is woman’s side and men’s side which was a bummer. They have 2 fitness rooms one open 24 hours the other I believe is open 6 a.m. till 8 p.m. with a lot of machines, free weights, bikes, medicine balls etc my husband thought it was a great gym. The events they put on for you if you are on a company event was top notch, they are so detail oriented everything set up beautifully, shuttles run timely, ice water all over property to keep you hydrated etc etc etc I could go on and on but not everybody wants to read a 4 page review, spend the extra for the villas it will be worth your money I can’t say enough good things about this property a 5 star plus plus plus in my opinion

This was with out a doubt one of the greatest trips I have experienced in my career. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The accommodations were not 5 diamond rated for me...they were 6 stars!.. I traveled with my wife and if it could make it happen I would love to come back out during Christmas time and bring our 3 kids as well. The reason, your staff spoke highly of what you do for families during that time. Even not traveling with kids this time, your kids club employees were so nice telling us about it, that if I could make that trip happen, I will. Being at a corporate event, I wish I could have spent more time at your resort and town. Thank your entire staff. The young ladies at the morning buffet were absolutely wonderful. The bellman, the door greeter and his dogs absolutely delightful. During our pool party the staff running around taking drinks orders were amazing. During our cooking class you chef was awesome, fun, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about our time there. Well done. I still can not talking about how great your establishment is. Btw...best hot wings I have ever had. Thank you and if you ever have a contest where guests win a free stay...feel free to enter my family, kidding(not kidding).

Great family hotel. A couple with 2 kids, and their grandmother and aunt. Rooms nicely appointed and quiet. Plenty of dining options on property and if you have a car, nearby. Great pools. Kids club. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet could extend its options as well as pool menus. But food was very good and waitstaff was attentive. Would definitely stay here again.
