Entertainment crew is amazing, invested going above and beyond (Ruth, Lisbeth, Michel). Any doubt or problem we had we got it solve at guest services right away. Location is very good with a nice beach area and bars. I would have expected a little bit more of the food variety and rooms.

The workers were great (especially the entertainment team: Ruth, Lisbeth, Michel). The food was ok, and the rooms a bit outdated, but the beach was lovely.

This was our third girls trip to BlueBay and it did not disappoint! This is such a fun little resort with great vibes. The staff are all fabulous. The buffet staff are friendly and attentive. The bartenders were all great, especially Pablo and Santos with their amazing drinks and happy demeanor. Front desk staff are always helpful. And of course there's the entertainment crew - I cannot say enough about this group, they are absolutely amazing. They work hard to keep the fun going and give the resort a very positive atmosphere with their smiles and energy all day and all night. Special shout out to Michael, Ruth & Alfredo - thank you for the fun times and memories. You guys are the best. Keep up those smiles and dance moves! I love the games and activities going all day long, I especially enjoyed the beach walk, kayaking and bike tour. The evening shows are pretty good too. I like the mix between providing outside entertainment and bringing up guests on stage for competitions, kareoke, etc. I thought the disco Friday and Saturday nights was better this year as the DJ played a better mix of music for the crowd that was there dancing. The rock and roll night on the beach was my favourite night and was the perfect way to end our trip! Loved every minute of it. After 3 trips to BlueBay I still highly recommend this resort. If you're looking for a good time and good food, beautiful beach and friendly people, it is a good bang for your buck!

Entertainment is amayzing specially with Edwin Hurtado who makes the ambiance cheerfull.He even showed us place to visit in Puerto Plata and kept asking if everything was ok.Thank you!

Wonderful quaint and intimate Resort. You really get to know the other guests and become friends. It’s no more than a five minute walk to anywhere on the Resort (beach, rooms, pools, and restaurants. The Entertainment Team are simply OUTSTANDING and make your vacation even more fun and enjoyable! Ruth is the absolute best she was wonderful with my husband and I. Alfredo, Michel, ,Lisberth, Rossy, Luna , Dj Edwin, and George…thank you so very much! We will definitely be coming back!
