it was a great experience great service by the pool and Mr. Ávalos made us feel right at home . all inclusive, private, all around a good day !
Wonderfully Accomodating and a Slice of Paradise in Puerto Vallarta

The staff from the concierge who greeted us initially, the dining staff (Rosie and others) and bar staff (Avalos, Ramon and Antonio) were friendly, accommodating and efficient. Not only at Casa Velas but also at the Tau Beach Club (thanks to Carlos and the other staff there). The grounds including the pool areas and our room were clean and had everything we needed. We are already making plans to go again next year. Excellent!!!
