Our trip was amazing. The hotel was beautiful, the food and drinks were terrific and the staff were incredible. Jesus, Ulises, Antonio, and Avalos were the best! They really took care of us. The lady who cleaned our room did a great job and the front desk/concierge employees were extremely friendly and helpful. (Sorry, forgot those names) We will DEFINITELY return to this hotel soon!

This was my fourth stay at Casa Velas, and each time I discover new activities, friends, and relaxing experiences. The food is fresh, high-quality, and tailor-made to suit every dietary need. All liquor is top-shelf. Perhaps most importantly, however, I return to Casa Velas for the warm and friendly staff whom I have now come to expect and know well. Carlos, Antonio, Ulyses, Avalos, Ramon, Gerardo, Alex, Alonso, Rocio, Daniel, and Victoria have all welcomed me during each stay, and my experience would not be the same without them. I can’t imagine enjoying any other resort experience in Puerto Vallarta more than this one, and I look forward to returning soon.

Our stay at rhis place was terrific!!! Since our arrival we were treated incredible, awesome welcoming. The facilities, the food, the cleanliness of the resort it was implacable! I have to say that the best of all was the treat that we have from Avalos and Antonio, they are by far the best!!! We got an amazing services, very professional, fun, and overall amazin workers! We definitely recommend this place. Gracias Avalos and Antonio for your amazing service!!!

We stayed 6 nights Dec 24-30. This is the second time we stayed at Casa Velas and we look forward to coming again with our family and friends again. The poolside staff was excellent. Avalos, Ulises, and Antonio are very friendly, gracious, and provided excellent service. It was a pleasure to spend time in the afternoons by the poolside and enjoy afternoon lunch/snacks/drinks because they were very welcoming. We were also thrilled with our interaction with Esmeralda (Concierge). She has smiling and helpful personality. it was always a joy to see her welcome us when we came into the hotel. The drivers who drove us to and from the Beach Club and Velas Vallarta were also so welcoming - always smiling and gracious and efficient. We used the shuttle service very often and it was a delight to be helped by them. From an improvement perspective: it would be good to have accessible electric outlets. Room 402 (our room) had outlets under the table. There weren’t any other outlets in the room. The live music - especially saxophone at Emilia’s was great. Breakfast was great. The breakfast staff was wonderful. Lunch was a bit slow and not so welcoming. So we decided to have lunch either at the poolside or at Velas Vallarta.

Great rooms with individual pools. Stocked every day with drinks and snacks. Spacious and clean. Best hotel bed. AC worked really well. Pool bar was great and attendants Avalos and Antonio was very attentive and gave ex ellent and friendly service. They were like friends and they will make us come back!
