Fiesta Americana

Noha A on Dec 03, 2025

My stay at Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta was absolutely incredible! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and the whole resort had such a warm, inviting atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable with breathtaking ocean views that made every morning feel special. The all-inclusive dining was a true highlight—every restaurant offered delicious, fresh options. The service in the restaurants and bars was consistently friendly and attentive. What really sets Fiesta Americana apart is the wonderful staff—they truly care about their guests and make the experience feel personal. Breakfast with Gume was a highlight. If you’re looking for a relaxing, enjoyable, and genuinely memorable all-inclusive vacation in Puerto Vallarta, Fiesta Americana is the perfect choice. I’m already looking forward to returning!

Improvements Are Paying Off for the Guest Experience

296gregf (Chino Hills, California) on Dec 01, 2025

Fiesta Americana's investments have paid off for a better guest experience. I've had the opportunity to stay at the Fiesta Americana several times over the years, and three times in the past two years or so. The earlier visits were met with ongoing construction of new guest elevators, restaurant remodels, and a new club level bar. All of those upgrades are now complete. The newly constructed and upgraded Cevicheria restaurant is 100 percent better than the original. It should be noted the food offerings remain the same, which is a good thing. Above the Cevicheria restaurant is new club level bar that is exclusive to the club level room category open from 5pm to 1am. This is another fantastic upgrade because the club level room bar was previously located on the hotel floors, which was awkward; especially during the elevator construction. Another notable upgrade is the construction of day beds at the sand line in front of the beach (use is restricted to those who purchase the club level room option). Lastly, a new snack bar with a large covered patio and nearby restrooms are also new. As a result of all of these upgrades, booking a club level room is now more justified. Everything else such as the restaurants and other bars remain the same. Excellent food as always and friendly staff. As a fan of Fiesta Americana (Groupo Posada) and related properties, there is some need to update the exterior painting, balcony railings and glass need better cleaning of bird debris, and the pools still need tile repair. Special shoutouts to the following employees who made our stay great: Andrik (New Club Level Bar) Christina (New Club Level Bar) Yulisaa (Italian Restaurant) Patricia (Italian Restaurant) Gume (Breakfast waiter) Luis (Beach server) Additional shoutouts to the two gentlemen who work at the club level pool and have worked at this Fiesta Americana property for decades. It is always a pleasure to interact with them both.

Excellent excellent service!! From Gume at the Veranda to Rafael and Nacho at the Sonne Club rooftop pool, you just can’t get any better service!!! Food is pretty darn amazing too. The whole resort deserves an applause! Third time here and it just keeps getting better.

Thanksgiving Tradition At Our Home Away From Home

mark h (Los Angeles, California) on Nov 29, 2025

Well after coming to this marvelous property for many years, I probably sound like a broken record but with a couple of new songs:) I would like to start by thanking Francisco Rangel, Alejandra, Iveth and Sebastian for helping arrange our room, as well as our late checkout and transportation with our fantastic driver Gustavo. The weather during our one week trip was perfect although it was a bit humid but nothing to complain about has it cold off as the day went on. I highly recommend staying on the Fiesta club level as it does come with a couple of perks, including being able to have our lovely breakfast each morning with fresh fruit on the Veranda (Club access) with an assortment of different food choices and fresh squeezed juices. The service was always fantastic led by Rosalio, Gume & Marcos. Another perk was being able to access the adult pool which serves a different menu and higher quality alcohol brands. Plus you get super special service from Rafi. Nacho who are always attentive and their anytime you’d like to order anything along with their bartender Miguel and super chef Angelica! We would sometimes also have lunch at the redesigned Cerverceria which served delicious fresh seafood. I should also mention on top of the Cerverceria is The Moud which is a gorgeous deck with chill music while you enjoy the sunset, sipping on your favorite cocktail made by the bartender Adrik, Lilianna the sweet waitress and their his captain Raul. I believe it is open from 5:30 PM until 1 AM so plenty of time to go and enjoy. Our favorite restaurant to have dinner was Las Isla Rosato serving delicious Italian food along with romantic and entertaining live piano music by Rico who is so talented and really adds to the ambience. While we were there we had fantastic service by our waitress Patricia. There was also live music a couple of nights that we were there at the lobby bar which was a lot of fun. As you can tell, it was once again everything that we had hoped at our home away from home as it has been part of our Thanksgiving tradition for nearly 30 years. Believe it or not we have already booked for next year and can’t wait. If I was to mention one complaint, it would be that they removed the palapas/umbrellas and much needed shade by the beach chair area. There are some palm tree which help but still need something further in the future and hope there will be some adjustments before next year. Other than that life was La Dolce Vita once again at Fiesta Americanna PV. thanks to the great staff!!??
