Amazing hotel. The service was excellent. Our pool servers Pedro and Andres made sure the drinks were always full and the kids had their chocolate shakes. They were fantastic for our entire week.

I can not say enough about this resort. It was amazing from the start - rooms were good and comfy - great housekeeping, service was outstanding and the food was so good- I can live off their shrimp tacos. For real! Sunny location and phenominal service pool side. Shrimp tacos are unbelievable my girlfriend and I had them everyday for lunch. Our stay the first time was so awesome, we decided to take all of our kids the following year. It is not a big party place, probably the. only thing lacking is some nightly or evening entertainment but they still had some shows. Pool was perfect (not freezing) - they had fantastic Super Bowl festivities - so much fun. The new VIP area is gorgeous and had fantastic food. Speaking of food, there was 5 different places you can eat at during the day! All the restaurants were so good and fried ice cream at the Japanese restaurant was so yummy. And NO Reservations needed! I think the Italian was my least favourite but still all good. Drinks were great, loved Brad Pitt and Paulina service were above and beyond. We even listened to the time share (which we were genuinely interested in- we loved it so much) but we got spa passes for 2 for attending which was unreal. We played games texas hold em and trivia and won VIP days and another was a bottle of tequila. I can't say enough about this place, we book the Grand this year - I hope it lives up to this reputation. After staying here I see why people come back year after year. We stayed May 2018, Feb 2017

The staff were friendly and helpful and there was lots of great drinks, thanks to Sergio, Luis and Giovani. It would be nice if there ws a dinner buffet as an alternative once you tried all the reservation restaurants. Will stay again!

The rooms was clean and comfortable. The food was good in all the restaurants, as well as the lunch and breakfast choices and the room service. Wish there was a dinner buffet, in case you didn’t want to go to the restaurants. The beach area and lounge chairs were great. The waiters had great service, especially Sergio, Luis and Giovani.

Lovely resort, nice smaller size. Dinner reservations were easy to obtain. Main pool was great temperature and nice size. We did not upgrade to the adults only pool. The beach area was also nice and we walked both directions daily. Appreciated the coffee shop for a good latte. The snack bar was a nice option. A few of the days there was an outdoor lunch buffet but we never figured out which days it was available. Room size was good but VERY thin walls. Heard our neighbors often ??. Food was decent, we had spotty service in the restaurants in the evening.
