Just returned from a week vacation at Fiesta Americana and truly enjoyed our stay. The resort is very clean, well maintained and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We would like to acknowledge Nelson (the concierge) for going way above his duties to assist us with restaurants reservation and more, he is a great ambassador for Fiesta Americana. We also would like thank Martha (upper management) for her professionalism and kindness in addressing and resolving a concern we experienced at the beginning of our stay. We highly recommend this beautiful resort and look forward to returning.

This is our fourth time in FAPV and as always, the stay was fantastic. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to make your experience pleasant. Shoutout to Gume and the Veranda team for such great service every day. The rooms are pristine, pleasant and comfortable; the food is good (the Cevicheria is our fave!) and the beach is one of the best in the area. Will definitely come again!

Just returned from 1 week at this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay there. Nothing to complain about, the hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, food was really good. We did upgrade to the Fiesta Class and for us, it was well worth it.

Fantastic experience at an awesome resort. Be sure to upgrade to Fiesta Rewards. Food was wonderful. The service is what makes this place so special! thanks to Miquel, Ignacio, Raphael, Gume for your great food and beverage service. Housekeeping does a fantastic job behind the scenes. Our room was freshly made up daily and very clean!

Beautiful resort and fantastic employees that always welcome you home. I would like to mention the wonderful staff at the morning buffet who greeted us daily and anticipated our preferences. Especially Rosalio and Gume. Gume loved to welcome us every morning to his office. He absolutely loves his job and is a joy to encounter every morning. Rosalio always asked if I wanted my one flour tortilla... he just remembers everything. I would also like to mention that Maria Martinez always welcomed us and asked if she could help in any way. On our first day we were so happy to see Sergio at the beach! He is a fantastic asset to the property. FAPVR has come a long way over the past 4 years with food quality and Club level amenities. Azul had opened while we were there. A beautiful ocean front elegant evening dining experience. This spot will bring many memories for thos able to experience the newest fine dining experience at FAPVR. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
