Me and my family vacation here twice a year. We will not stay anywhere else. The hotel staff is why we keep coming back! They are like family to us! Pedro, Andres, Luis, Geovanni, Carlos, Johnny, Antonia, Gume and his whole team at breakfast, Emanuel, Rafael and everyone else! The rooms are very clean and all have an amazing view! The beach is nice and it is very close to downtown! We love this place!

Amazing food, great atmosphere, very kind staff

We recently returned from our third stay at Fiesta Americana, and it was our best one yet! The outstanding staff made our trip very special. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. A special thank you to Rafiel and Ignacio at the Sonne Club, who always greeted us with a smile and by name. Their attentive and friendly service made us feel so welcome. Iveth, the Concierge was wonderful. We planned to have our final dinner at one of the restaurants and were informed it was closed for the evening. We were disappointed but she immediately came to our rescue and found a wonderful solution. Her kindness and quick response turned the situation completely around. Alicia is a superstar! She listened to our suggestions and made things happen. From having our room's water pressure fixed immediately to arranging delicious desserts and Mexican candies for us to try. She went far beyond what we expected. Her warmth and genuine happiness whenever she saw us made us feel truly special. We also want to recognize Raul, Miguel, Yulissa, and Mauricio for their wonderful service. The dining reservation has changed and no longer can be booked online. Rather, we waited in line to manually make a reservation. For Fiesta Club Guests; we are suggesting a priority reservation line. Or, even better, a designated person to take reservations on the priority floors. They need to add a sign to alert guests if a restaurant is going to be closed on a specific evening. Thank you to the entire Fiesta Americana team for making our vacation so memorable. We are already looking forward to our fourth visit in 2027!
