Outstanding location. Public bus stops right outside of the hotel and ubers are always close. Rooms are being updated but they are very comfortable and they are the best beds.I have slept on in hotels. We did the all inclusive and our drinks and food was excellent! We would stay there again.

The resort has a great location which is near airport and downtown. We really loved the character of the hotel. The restaurants were fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the services of Israel (sushi bar), Alejandra, Claudio at Asian Restaurant. The food was good. We especially enjoyed the view of the sunset. We are definitely going back.

The best service, incredible facilities and delicious food. It’s always a pleasure to return. ?? The asian restaurant is a must. Highly recommended! ?? Also, The Cevichería's dishes are mind blowing. ?? Pro Tip: To enjoy more, go very hungry

The hotel was very beautiful. We did have some trouble with the water being shutdown over night into the morning. But my main reason for this review is Andrick! He is the bartender of the bar on the 9th floor of the hotel. They open 5pm-8pm. But honestly they should have it open a little later because it’s nice vibe. But yes back to Andrick makes the best drinks! Knew how to make recommendations for what we were in the mood for. He makes the best espresso martini I’ve EVER had. He also really makes a really good mazapán martini and a very refreshing drink made with cucumber and raspberries, sadly I forgot the name of it. Andrick is very nice and attentive.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and Bar drinks were awesome. I would recommend this hotel to my clients.
