Wonderful, laid back hotel with everything you need and more. Vladimir at the Asian restaurant does a great job - ask for the the Lamborghini!

My husband and I recently spent a week at the Fiesta Americana in Puerto Vallarta, and we were pleasantly surprised by the property. The facilities were spotless, the gardens beautifully maintained, and the pools inviting and relaxing (with fun activities for the whole family). The beach setting perfect. We truly felt as though we had escaped the city and entered a peaceful retreat. Our room was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the beach and pools. The view made us feel connected to the outdoors even while relaxing in our room. The resort's three restaurants offered a variety of delicious dining options, including Mexican and Italian and Asian inspired cuisine. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully served. Breakfast each morning was fresh, diverse, and hearty, providing a great start to the day. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, attentive, and always available to see if we needed a beverage refresh or a snack. A special thank you to Yulissa at the Italian restaurant—we enjoyed it so much that we dined there twice! She could not have been more welcoming and gracious. Ask for the fried ice cream at the Asian restaurant, delicious. We would also like to recognize the exceptional team at the rooftop Sonne Club, an adults-only upgrade featuring a private pool and spectacular atmosphere. Nacho, Ivan, Francisco, and Rafael were friendly, attentive, and true hospitality professionals who helped make our stay especially memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily return Thank you all for giving us a great week.

This hotel was great!! And service was out of this world amazing!! The staff is so amazing so so so sweet and makw sure they do everything in their ability to make sure you are satisfied!! Thank you to Vladimir y Eduardo at the sushi restaurant for putting up with my picky tastebuds and making some details to my plate if food so I can enjoy it as a picky vegetarian service like that was hard to find. Overall great service and staff!! And give those men a raise!!

Rosalio was very attentive during breakfast. We told him it was our last day and brought us a special treat during breakfast. This is our 4h stay at this hotel. We have been very happy here during our stay. Customer service is the best.
