We were 39 people for my son's wedding. The wedding planner did a fantastic job - everything was seamless. A beautiful hotel - from the entrance where one can have refreshing drinks - everything is well thought out. Close to shops & bus. Amazing staff - friendly, helpful, professional. Lovely rooms with great views. All restaurants had delicious food. We were sad to leave.

We have been coming to Fiesta Americana PV for 23 years. We keep coming back because of the wonderful staff and beautiful property. This past trip was absolutely amazing. The food at the restaurants improved tremendously - everything was delicious! I would like to thank Sergio and Jessica at the beach for their fantastic service and taking very special care of us. Rosalio, Veronica and Guma were the perfect employees to have breakfast with every day. Additional staff that made our stay unforgettable were Patricia the hostess and Victor at Azul. We will see you again soon!

We just returned home after spending a week at Fiesta Americana and it was amazing. The hotel is lovely, the rooms clean and comfortable. The thing that stood out the most was the incredible service we received. The staff at the hotel were amazing. They were so friendly and took such great care of us. We didn’t have anyone who didn’t give us exceptional service. I truly can’t say enough about the entire staff at the hotel from check in, housekeeping, mini bar refill, bar staff, restaurant staff at all the restaurants because we tried them all! Every single staff member we ran across smiled and greeted us. It was so wonderful and welcoming. Of course like any trip there were a few standouts who made the trip that much more special. At the breakfast buffet Gume welcomed us into his “office” each morning and along with Veronica, Marcos, Alondra and Fredy they made sure we had a great start to our day. They were so kind and gave such personalized amazing service. Yulissa at the Italian restaurant was unbelievable. We went twice and although it was days apart she remembered what everyone liked to drink and even our room number. She gave top notch service and really made us feel special. David and Marcos at the pool bar were also great. Friendly and the way they can multi task is out of this world. If you’re looking for a lovely, warm and friendly place to stay in PV I would highly recommend Fiesta Americana!!!

My wife and I are just finishing up a marvellous week here at The Fiesta Americana and while we are deeply saddened to be leaving we couldn't be happier with our stay here. This is the second year in a row we have chosen this resort and are already looking forward to returning next year. As many others have said the staff here are the absolute best, working in tandem to ensure everyone has the best vacation possible. All of the food we tried was delicious and we were left wanting for absolutely nothing. I can't possibly thank everyone on the team but there are a few standouts that deserve special mention, Patricia in housekeeping did a spot on job keeping our room clean and tidy and the mini bar stocked. Victor the master mixologist wowed us with a few of his creations at The Mond Lounge and entertained us with a couple of magic tricks to boot. The real stars of the show are the staff at The Sonne Club. We spent most of our week with these wonderful people. Fransisco 's amazing meals, and Jose's tasty drinks kept us very happy. The service provided by Rafael and Nacho was outstanding, these two gentlemen are a large part of why we love this resort so much. On our first day Rafael shook my hand and said welcome home. We truly do feel at home here, looking forward to seeing everyone again next year. Until then my friends.

Relaxing and fun. The staff is fantastic Gume, Marco, Veronica, Alondra and Fredy from the breakfast buffet were fantastic. Yulissa from the Italian restaurant was great.
