Had an incredible experience at the Nakawe Spa. The facility inside the spa was beautiful and the ladies were very nice. The hotel was alright. Beautiful location but the food sort of lacked. The rooms were nice and big but had wifi problems and no bottle water.

We stayed for thee days and gave on their food as quality just terrible. Can best be described as tasteless and greasy. Tried both their new seafood and their Asian without luck. Breakfast is OK but with rather crawded buffet. Rooms in need for makeover as dated.

I decided to spend my Birthday at the Fiesta Americana in Puerta Vallarta. My stay was beyond exceptional and I would like to use this opportunity to express my gratitude to the entire staff for the wonderful time . From the day of arrival to the day of departure I only had an amazing experience and time. The location is superb, the food absolutely delicious and amazing, the rooms clean and the service exceptional. Many thanks to Kelly, Marijose, Gume, Armando, Darcy, Emmanuel (Breakfast Team), Danae at the pool, Fernando Benitez, Jacinto in the lobby, Karen & Ivan at the bar, Miguel, Ismael & Coral at the Italian Restaurant, Gabriel Ruiz, Brenda, Mariela, Esmeralda and Chrystal at the Mexican restaurant for the beautiful smile, constant positive attitudes, warm welcome and all the efforts invested to make the stay of their guests only wonderful. I truly hope to be back again to this majestic place. Thank you so much for making my stay an amazing and wonderful one. ????????

This resort has everything we wanted from a long weekend girls trip to celebrate a friend's birthday. Beautiful location. Great beach. Expansive vegetation. A resident peacock couple. Three dinner restaurants. A cevicheria for lunch. A fantastic breakfast buffet with everything imaginable. Local artisans with wares for us to purchase without having to leave the resort. Great activities including aqua fitness and a cocktail class. My favorite activity was the Fiesta Mexicana with Ballet and Mariachi. All of our servers and staff were excellent! Gume at breakfast went above and beyond. Andres & Yonny were excellent servers by the pool! Patricia & Verenice were fantastic massage therapists! Everything was perfect!

The property is beautiful and well laid out. It offered a great variety of restaurants and the food was delicious! All of the staff were amazing, especially Nacho up at the private pool! We also enjoyed our visits from the peacocks that roam the property!
