This is my second time here and the service is top notch! Everyone that works here is always so happy to serve you and take care of your needs. Special thanks to Alexis, Raul, chef Ramiro, Jaime, and Pablo! We told them we were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday and they went above and beyond to make it special for him. We will always come back here if we’re traveling to Puerto Vallarta. Don’t forget to check out the cevicheria!

Super pleased with our stay here. Our first stop was the cevicheria by the beach and they were so welcoming. This was my birthday trip Chef Ramiro, Jamie, and Pablo made sure to make this was such a memorable experience. Along with Alexis and Raul from the resort, our experience was one of a kind and definitely made sure that I will be back again and celebrate future birthdays here at Fiesta Americana.

Had a great time! Pedro Carlos and Andres were great at the pool kept the food and drinks coming! Great place for families! Dont speak great Spanish and everyone was super helpful and accommodating. Will be back soon. All inclusive are the way to go with kids

We had a great experience while staying with exceptional service from all the staff. One that particularly stood out and took good care of us was David (Bartender).

We spent the first week of July at the Fiesta Americana with our family to celebrate our 40th Anniversary and what an amazing celebration it was! So many people at the hotel went out of their way to be certain we had the best time. It was our third trip to the resort and it never disappoints! The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable and safe. The setting is gorgeous and relaxing. The food is excellent, especially at Rosato and Il Isla (the island), El Mexicano, the Chulavista buffet, the Sonne grill, and La Cevicheria, where they still serve the best fish and shrimp tacos on the planet. No matter where we went, we were welcomed and made to feel at home. From housekeeping to management, the staff is top quality. They truly care about what they do and how they serve the guests. We thank Chief Concierge Iveth, who remembered us from before and checked on us to make certain our stay was perfect. From the moment we checked in until the morning we said adios, the staff in the lobby was eager to answer any question, point out the hotel’s features and assist us in any way they could. Each day began with the excellent food at the Chulavista and the most amazing server we know, Gume! He made each day memorable. On the morning of our anniversary, he had a special table prepared with balloons, streamers, party horns and plates filled with desserts all decorated for our special day. He treated us like family, and he will forever be in our hearts. Manager Giovani and the entire team at the Chulavista restaurant took care of us like royalty. Our ninth floor bartender, Andrek, served up warm smiles and cold tequila every evening. At the exclusive Sonne pool, which is well worth the cost of the upgrade, Ignacio “Nacho”, Raphael and Ernesto kept our glasses and our tummies full! It was a spectacular trip, one our entire family will remember, long after our tans fade! As I said, it was our third visit to the Fiesta Americana PV, and we are already looking forward to our fourth. We rate the people and the hotel a 20 out of 10! Muchas gracias!
