The Asian restaurant is excellent—both the service and the food. The food is simply divine. A real treat. Leonides was very attentive and gave us some great recommendations for dishes. The desserts are simply exquisite. A great experience

The resort was awesome although a little lacking in the food choices. Buffet only open for breakfast. The workers were amazing especially Rafael, Veronica and Gume!!!!

We spent our vacaction there and honestly.. it was extremely disappointing. The hotel has only access to 1 pool (unless you are special client, then you can use a second pool) the one pool is gross. The food is repetitive and the BIRDS are eating out of the trays... yes literally the food you eat was touched by birds at the buffet. During the hottest time of the day there are CERO things to do, no entertainment to cool off, especially if you are traveling with babies (the kids club is for older kids, who are being watch by a teenager while using her phone) The elevator was out of service... so we had to use the staff elevator. The pain on the building is falling off, there is no maintenance. And on top of everything the hotel next door will NOT let you sleep till 1am due to their loud music and entertainment, if you have babies or you want to sleep, good luck... cause you will get a night club noise like. Honestly a waste of money and vacation destination. We went there for a family friendly experience, payed a ton of money per night, and I wish we would've make a different desition. If you want low quality food, birds eating out of your buffet, the same exact food daily, access to 1 pool, having to hide in your room from 2 till 5 cause it's too hot or having to leave your all inclusive cause its simply too hot and theres nothing to do, cero options to cool down, an ugly building, sharing elevator with staff, transporting equipment in a "construction" kind of elevator. Then this is for you... Horrible experience. Would never recommend. You will be better off at an airbnb. I've been reading the low reviews and the a person named Francisco only repeats your review and then goes, hopefully you give us another chance in the future. Wait what! That's all you are going to say rewarding my ruined vacation and all my waisted money? No, Francisco, I expect so much more than that comment. I'll be waiting.

We had such a lovely dinner at the Japanese restaurant at Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta. Leo, our waiter, was so friendly and recommended the Teppanyaki, and it was absolutely delicious! We really enjoyed every bite. But the real highlight of the evening was the after-dinner drink Leo prepared for us right there. It was spectacular! The presentation was so much fun, and the drink was absolutely exquisite. It was the perfect way to end our dinner. Thank you, Leo, and everyone, Brenda. Jose... for making our evening extra special. We truly enjoyed it!??
