Our trip to Golden Crown was in May/June 2025, we usually stay 2 weeks. The weather this time was beautiful, we have been coming at this time for several years now. The people at the hotel are very helpful when you need something. Unfortunately this time I was served some food that did not agree with me. All the managers at the restaurants went out of their way to make sure I was ok with the food choices for the remainder of the trip. The concierge Mario Zamudio took over & made sure I was satisfied with our arrangements for the balance of our vacation. He met with us several times to make sure we were still enjoying the hotel. All hotels should have someone who is as thoughtful & kind as Mario, he was great! We hope to see all the wonderful people at Crown in December. C & M St Louis MO USA

DO NOT go to this resort. The pictures do not match reality. The rooms were filthy. We had several cockroaches in our room and the front desk said it was just because we were on the first floor, so they moved us to the third floor. The air conditions didn't work well at all, the food was below average, the pools were disgusting, and the customer service was hit or miss (some of the front desk staff were very rude). The restaurants were awful. I cannot be more clear that this is not worth your money.

The Crown Paradise Golden was a great resort for the money. It caters mainly to Mexicans, which we really enjoyed. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was great. Overall we had a great time.

Fantastic resort! Large comfy rooms, with amazing ocean view. Great buffet, and food at beach/pool bars. Additionally, up to 8 restaurant choices if you include their sister property next door - we only ate at Paradise, here, and it was very good with excellent service.We enjoyed both their pools and especially loved the beds available down by the ocean. Beautifully kept property and very welcoming as soon as you see the view upon walking in. All staff we encountered were exceptional and friendly. The only mark off Is give was to the reception desk, where more then once I encountered not very friendly or helpful staff … surprising given the overly friendly attitude given by all other resort staff we encountered. An amazing deal at this beautiful property, we will be back!
