The property is ocean front and amazing! The staff- super friendly and accommodating- always checking in to see if anything needed :) The room- room 1743 has floor to ceiling sliding doors straight out to the ocean. I could hear waves at night and really enjoyed watching sunset on the patio. Staff cleans each day and refills the mini bar :) nice size bathroom with separate toilet area and large shower! Is is easy to take the stairs right up to the room and skip the elevator! Yoga with NRG2GO- daily class right on the beach with straw mats and towels provided. Stretching and breathing at the ocean with Nancy was such a great way to start the day. Food and Drinks- lots of options! Dinner reservations on some of the nights. Started every day with fresh pressed green juice and coffee. Really enjoyed tequila/soda/lime and Aperol spritzes! Some favorite foods were a grilled ceaser salad, mahi & risotto, and the pancakes! Night entertainment- the live music on the beach wear all wear white was beautiful at sunset. The pirate theme and magic and Michael Jackson shows are top notch- similar to Vegas shows! - the same staff during the day is performing at night! They all work so hard! The flowers and birds- lots of beautiful flowers growing all over the property and a variety of birds. We even saw a hummingbird and bio luminescent plankton! Overall a beautiful yoga week. Highly recommend booking!

This is my second trip to Marival Emotions. I traveled with my 3 young kids and they really enjoyed the kids club- both attendants ( Adriana and Michell) were very attentive and made all the activities exciting for my boys. The suite we stayed in was clean and nicely decorated. The specialty restaurants were also very good- our server Rene was amazing and had great recommendations. The only issue I encountered was that the meat (specifically the carne asada) served during the Mexican night was a bit tough and not seasoned at all so the taste was not good.

Dalia in the Bar Volare was an exceptional server. Pleasant to talk with and remembers us from year to year. This is the bar that we frequent. Dalia is very friendly and anxious to improve on her English skills, as are most of the service staff.

No hot water for 10 days. We are members and complained everyday. They did nothing to fix the problem. Because we have complained, they have threatened us and we do not feel safe ever going back here. Do not go here it is unsafe. Unfortunately too many things have happened at these hotels that we do not feel safe staying at any of these resorts. Even after talking to "Upper" management we feel less safe. As soon as you complain about something, you get threats.

Marival emotions is a beautiful place, the is okey but what is awesome is the entertainment staff they put on good shows and they are very fun at the night club especially Luis, Cesar and Daniel(flamas). Irving is the good dj more than……………..
