Clean, comfortable, right on beach. Downside was food. Only 2 A LA Cartes that were closed 2 or 3 nights out of 7 and the buffet was not good .

The bed is super comfortable, all the staff is amazing. And shopping on the beach is one of my favorite activities. Beautiful ladies give you a queen treatment, Monica and Gigi from the entertainment team. Bryan as a dj is so good! He puts so much soul into it.... Roberto y Cruz from Mai tai beach, are amazing too super accommodating and pleasant to talk to.

The food’s good, it’s relaxing and quiet I like the pool and the freshness ritual from the entertainment team, thank you Gigi and Monica for the nice experience!

We have never stayed here before but have already told people about it as a great place to go. It's very family friendly but if you like less noise and quiet there are other pools in the middle. We weren't particularly ready for the membership approach upon arrival and declined going to the presentation however we got a couple upgrades to entice us and we finally agreed to go. Our room was in front of the kids pool with slides but we enjoyed the life and fun everyone was having. The staff was amazing. Karina (membership team), Sarai (presentation host) were both fantastic. Jasmine (server) and Cloudia (omelets) in the buffet were awesome. In the Elite room the staff was patient with us 2 old people. Sebastian, Alejandro, Chistina, Zoe and Ismael. They were always quick with smile and helpful. Alexandra (pool bar), Antonio (Capriccio) Oscar (quiet pool bar), Liborio (Volare) and Maria (Pizza) were all absolutely outstanding. Cleaning staff across the whole resort was great. Very clean all the time. Our only negative experience was with the female bartenders at the Capriccio Beach Club bar as they made us feel like we were an inconvenience when going up ourselves. Beach itself is amazing and clean to walk for miles. We do look forward to our next visit soon.

The water activities are my favorite part of the resort, it's always lively and energetic! Gigi makes it so much fun, so much charm!! Thanks a lot for everything
