Mediocre hotel disguised as luxury

Very average at best: needs updating. Food is very bad - would avoid eating here. Some services are nice - the spa was excellent

Paul the Pool Concierge was amazing everyday of our trip. Always checking on us and asking us if we needed anything. George was our waiter by the pool each day and was also excellent!!
Great experience except for rude treatment by Lorena at the front desk.

Lovely hotel and location. All staff were friendly and pleasant, except for front desk person named Lorena. She was needlessly rude to us.

Very clean and thoughtful. Everyone that worked here was amazing. Paul was particularly thoughtful in communicating with us and making us feel comfortable. What we really liked about this place was how doing the all inclusive was optional. This allowed us to stay longer and eat at local restaurants.
Relaxing, peaceful getaway

We had a fantastic experience at villa premire. It is in a great location, right by the malecon boardwalk with access to lots of great restaurants and shops. The staff were all so kind and accommodating - Paul was hilarious and went out of his way to make all guests feel welcome. We would definitely come back!
