This was my first time in Mexico and I loved my stay at the Villa Premiere. Started every morning with breakfast and an Oceanside view. Shoutout to Edgar for the great service at La Celba. The bartenders and pool staff were extremely attentive and always made sure I had my drink/food/other needs met! Paul and Jorge in particular went out of their way to provide great service.

Our stay at Villa Premier was amazing! This was our first time in Puerto Vallarta. We usually stay at big name all-inclusive resorts and Villa Premier did not disappoint! This unique 80 room boutique hotel is a true gem. It provided us with access to a private beach area and leaving the hotel you are steps away to being fully immersed into the city. We had a great experience, spending most of our time relaxing by the beach and pool. Paul who tends to the pool area was extremely attentive, kind, and friendly. He anticipated all are needs and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Suzie who works the front desk was most helpful prior and during our stay. She is genuine, kind, and supportive!! Our first trip to PV and we had an amazing time! Wonderful service from everyone; Paul, Jorge, and Edgar went above and beyond each and every day. Food was fantastic and welcome massage was a great way to start the trip! Great recommendations by the staff as well for restaurants to try in town!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The best part was the incredible staff- Paul, at the pool, was top notch-always making sure you had what you needed. All the waitstaff, from the pool bar to the wonderful restaurants were attentive and friendly. This place is a gem!

Stayed here for a family trip for 4 nights. We stayed on the 7th floor. The view from our room was great, but there was a loud humming noise coming from the air conditioning that made it difficult to sleep. This appeared to be only on the 7th floor as my other family did have this issue on the lower floors. Overall the hotel and pool appear clean, and the staff is friendly. Notes for others: No guest past the lobby area or upstairs at all. You will find yourself going to the sister property Buena Aventura for brunch buffet but it’s right next door. Beach is pebbly and not ideal for swimming as the ocean is rough.
