Can't wait to return for more 5 stars treatment!

Villa Premiere knows how to make you feel welcomed. We love how the resort is small and personable. Being an adults only resort, every single person we interacted with was equally pleased with their experience. The food from all the restaurants, including room service was ah-mazing. We can't wait to return for that reason alone! Visit Villa Premiere, it truly is a gem in PV.

Amazing couples experience!

Wow wow wow! This place is beautiful and intimate. My husband and I celebrated out 5 year anniversary here and were not disappointed for even a second. Every member of the staff is attentive and kind. Paul, the pool guy, is truly spectacular. He went above and beyond daily for every guest and has the biggest smile and best jokes! Thank you for the vibes Paul! Alejandro makes the best drinks. I enjoyed the spa even though the main one is under construction. I like that you have access to the larger hotel nextdoor. We love their buffet but much prefer the pool and vibes at Villa Premeire. We will be back!!! Don't forget to ask about a room upgrade we stayed in the spa suite and it was soooooo worth it! Super easy walk to the malacon and there is a pharmacy and oxxo super close.

Simply The Best!

We spent our honeymoon at Villa Premiere last April. This was my fourth visit, my husbands first. He didn’t want to go to Mexico-but after he was there for an hour he was already talking about coming back! I can say with authority that -No place beats this place! I have been to 5 Star resorts all over the Caribbean and Mexico. None of them hold a candle to this one. Having said that-if you want to go somewhere that is quiet and relaxing-this is the place for you. If you want party and nightlife-this is not the place. Rooms were clean and beautiful. All rooms face the Pacific Ocean with breathtaking sunsets. The staff are incredible. Everyone wants to make sure you have the absolute best experience while you are there. Alberto, the Manager, circulates amongst the guests, making sure your every need had been met. The staff are incredible. Many thanks in particular to Victorino and Alejandro who served us delicious food, Enrique at the main bar and Javier at the pool bar. And of course as many others have said, Paul at the pool is awesome! He makes you feel as if you are guest at his own pool. Everything from rearranging chairs/umbrellas so you are either in/out of the sun as you prefer, need sunscreen, a magazine, another towel-Paul looks after you with a smile. On his day off the pool vibe just didn’t feel the same. As I’m writing this we are booking our return trip for April 2024 to celebrate our first anniversary. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else !

Lovely. Great experience!

My partner and I had a great time staying here in one of their deluxe king rooms with the all-inclusive package. I'd recommend it to anyone that wants a welcoming and relaxing experience in Puerto Vallarta. The place had a couple quirks but overall was excellent. Specifically: We loved most of the food, especially the aquachile, mahi mahi and fajitas. All of the breakfasts were delicious. There were a couple dinner dishes that missed the mark, like an overcooked chicken breast in La Corona, the Prawns entre was 4 prawns over puree, a melted cheese dish that wasn't melted, and room service burgers that were bland. The service here was mostly great! It was a nice touch to be given champagne and offered a welcome massage when we arrived. We had to listen to a small pitch to attend another longer pitch for a time-share-like arrangement in exchange for discounts on tours. For some, the tour discounts may be worth the 1.5 hours we were told it takes for the longer pitch, but we opted to pass on that. Since we stayed in September we were happy to not commit to any tours since it was extremely hot and humid. A few times the food service at the restaurants left something to be desired as far as not getting water or refills on water, being questioned as to why we didn't want bread at breakfast (she did the same thing to table next to us, why ask why?), loud conversations amongst staff in La Corona during service, and other minor lack of attention to details (a dirty table cloth, some bent silverware, receiving the table next to ours' food in addition to our own), some missing or incorrect items sometimes on room-service orders). One day at breakfast we really appreciated when a staff member noticed we were trying to stay in the shade and he brought over another umbrella unprompted. Thanks again! The room we stayed in had an amazing view of the ocean. We really enjoyed watching and listening to the waves. Also it gave us front row seats to the several thunder/lightning storms that happened at night. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The toilet situation was slightly awkward in that it was not the most private. There was a wooden slatted folding window that opened up to the rest of the room so when in the jacuzzi tub you could see out to the ocean, however these doors when closed offer no sound dampening and I'll leave it at that. The jets in the jacuzzi tub lacked power and one of them didn't work. Also one of our bedside power outlets didn't work. The TV speakers were poor but to be expected since they were the stock speakers from the TV. The AC in our room worked very well and thank goodness for that. It was ridiculously hot/humid when we went (September). Luckily the pool was great and we never had to fight for a seat. They had two pool-side fully covered cabanas with suspended beds which are first-come first-serve. I wish they had more of those (although I understand it's impossible due to size constraints) because they were extremely relaxing. We only got to experience that on one day because the other days people would get there early and just park their stuff for the entire day, sometimes never even using the beds. There was only one food server for the whole pool area so sometimes had to wait a bit to get his attention, but he was nice and attentive after that. One of the staff, Paul, was helpful and pleasant conversation as well. Thanks Paul! Some of the live music was slightly off-putting. The celloist in La Corona must be newer. We left before desert because due to the music. The opera singer they had outside one of the nights was seriously belting it out for a long time. Extremely loud. We could hear him clearly even upstairs in our room with the balcony door closed. The breakfast harpist singing was over the top. We loved the mariachi band though! We are very thankful we got the opportunity to stay at this small resort. I hope this review convinces people to stay there. This was the best hotel experience we've ever had. Thank you.
