Internet is a joke! Get kicked off every 5 minutes, if you can even get on (it is great in the middle of the night if you can't sleep). I have visited here for 10+ years and this is the biggest challenge. Used to have nightly turndown ... no more. Used to have good restaurants ... no more. Like many things now, you don't get what you pay for. Construction out front for the entire week we have been here. Pay for taxis to go to dinners. It is a fantastic location, great staff, small venue, adults only, but definitely needs to take a long, hard look at "customer service and convenience".

Had an amazing time at Villa premiere! Paul, Victor, Enrique and the whole staff are the best! 5 star service and the hotel is beautifully set on the beach with ocean access as well. A must hang if you're traveling to PV

We recently stayed at Villa Premier in Puerto Vallarta and it was exactly what we were looking for—quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. No loud music, no overwhelming crowds… just a beautiful, calm atmosphere where we could truly unwind. The service was outstanding. Javier made sure we always had drinks in hand and gave us the best food recommendations. Paul was amazing as well—he treated us like friends from the moment we arrived. Honestly, every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The only downside was feeling pressured into attending a timeshare presentation. Roberto made it seem like we were obligated to go, and that part really took away from the otherwise perfect experience. I wish the hotel didn’t push that on guests. Aside from that, everything was wonderful, and we would absolutely stay here again. The location, the vibe, and especially the staff made this trip unforgettable. — Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene, adults-oriented getaway.

Excellent small hotel. Very clean, great food, and excellent service. Paul and the pool service team do an amazing job.
