My fiancé and I chose Villa Premier for our room block for our destination wedding and VP did not disappointed! The staff, the food, the vibes, the location, everything was phenomenal. They gave us welcome drinks and massages and even decorated our room on our wedding night. We also hosted our welcome party here on the jetty and it was incredibly beautiful. I want to give a special shout out to Paul! He made this an absolutely unforgettable experience for the whole group. His hospitality is unmatched. He was there every step of the way congratulating us, checking on our pregnant guests, learning everyone’s names. His attitude and personality was the icing on the cake for this trip! I can not thank Paul and the VP staff enough for the way they treated us and our guests. We will be back!

Fantastic hotel, we cannot say enough good things. To start, Paul the pool concierge and Alejandro the pool waiter are absolutely incredible. They truly make you feel like family while you’re there. The rooms are beautiful and the atmosphere is top notch. We came here on our honeymoon and could not be more pleased. The master suite is spectacular and the staff lives up to their 4 diamond status. We will be back.

Beautiful hotel with great air conditioning and ocean views in the room, and peaceful and chill poolside. Wonderful service by Paul (felt very welcomed!), Isidro (took care of us well as our butler), and all the doormen who helped us in and out of our Uber cars. We felt safe and taken care of. Thank you!! We also went on amazing yacht trip that Erin (travel concierge) helped us to decide on. Great recommendation! Though we didn’t do the all inclusive, we had wonderful breakfast and drinks. I especially liked their healthy green and fruit juice. Highly recommend this boutique hotel if you want a quieter peaceful place with wonderful views that’s also close to all the local (very delicious) eateries and fun places downtown.

Paul, the Pool Concierge, truly added so much value to our stay. Very attentive, accommodating, welcoming, and kind person who would go at length to make our vacation all the more worthwhile. Muchísimas gracias, P! We wish you all the best!

The entire experience, from arrival to checkout was amazing. The staff really make you feel like you’re coming home. Paul and Fernando were very detailed and attentive to our needs. There was never an empty glass or plate lingering. We were greeted with a welcome by Tammy that made us feel very welcome.
