We had the most amazing holiday, everything Was just perfect. The staff go out of their way to help you, never to much trouble. Ramon, kimbel, Christopher,Samuel and Gabriela and that’s just a few to mention. The food was also wonderful, room was cleaned beautifully every day. The sea is just amazing shame about the seaweed but that is nature unfortunately, but they did try and clean it everyday. The shows were also top class nearly every night they entertained us, chic was just incredible. Yes we will be back this was our 6th time here and just gets better and better, see you all next year. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so amazing.

This is my 7th resort in Punta Cana. I feel this is the best resort I've been to. The food was Superior to all the others. The beach is on one of the best parts of Bavaro beach. Multiple pools restaurants and activities to do. I booked through Expedia and got upgrades having a gold status. I would recommend the Punta Cana resort it is in the middle of the three. You can use all facilities with all three resorts. That is a huge advantage over the Majestic.

I would never stay at this resort again, the reviews were great, but this place was anything but , compared to other places we have stayed. You have to buy the show, they badger you on the beach to buy things, when they set up the tables on the walk way the are persistent when you say no, they grab you and try to put stuff on you. There is no sense of direction here it’s hard to find your way around, there are kids in the adult only pool. The cleaning service is wonderful they keep the room clean and stocked, but our room had several cockroaches (not the maids fault) we had to call 6 times to get the correct remote to the TV. The food isn’t great at the buffet there isn’t a huge selection, they aren’t clear on what food contains possible allergies, but they ask allergies at the door. The beach is pretty and nice, but the chairs are terrible you can’t lay down in them, when you try the come up and slap you in the back. Some of the staff is really friendly, others not so much. Tony at the steakhouse and Fernando at the pool bar were great best people we encountered.

Overall, everything was okay, but the service left a lot to be desired. The only staff member who really stood out was Ricardo—he was incredibly helpful and attentive. Ricardo was there to help us with anything we need and was very nice. We had planned a romantic dinner, expecting some privacy, but unfortunately, there were people walking in and out constantly, which ruined the atmosphere. Additionally, most of the servers were rude and unaccommodating, which was disappointing. Though the resort had so much to do and a lot of entertainment which made the stay really nice. The food at the el carte restaurants was really good!

I like it this place has been so good and it's so nice the people there are very friendly and nice they have a lot of exercises and nice dancer specially Barack Obama he is very friendly and very nice I spend a good time here I will come back soon for sure
