On arrival. First impression of lobby. Not very good. The room was very dated. Bathroom very dated and bad workmanship on the finishing. The food was repetitive and most of the time everything was cold. All the specialty restaurants weren’t very good Best one was Japanese. Shows repetitive but sometimes ok The worst part was you could not walk anywhere without having to dodge the vehicles ferrying people about. The young boys drove very fast. It was dangerous at times and very annoying Everytime you went to bars for a cocktail. They were never the same every night as half of the staff couldn’t make them properly. Sorry. Very disappointed and won’t be returning.

Its one of my best holidays . What i dont liked was that the shoping seller ask you so much to buy somthing at the beach but all inside was fine and i was relaxed

accommodations were very nice, food was very disappointing. the live dance performance in the pool was extraordinary.

This resort needs work. The management in the Travel Club displayed a high level of prejudice towards African American guess. They over charged and in addition did not acknowledge the physical damage done to a family member during a fall caused by their staff walking her through a construction zone on the property. My family and I were insulted and our property was held against our will as an attempt of intimidation! I have so much more to say including that there were roaches in the rooms just know go at your own risk! Also, The food was cold and salty and the rooms smelled of mold!

I prefer the Grand Palladium Jamacia Resort better. The Punta Cana resort food was not of good quality. Too many local aggressively asking you to buy from them. Room was damp. Staff had a language barrier and did not understand english very well
