A pampered, carefree vacation

What a great place to spend a week in the middle of our cold winter. So relaxing and no details to worry about. Raphael and Elvido were our butlers. They made everything so easy and were both so much fun. I felt very much at ease with them. They were incredibly trustworthy. Will definitely request them when we return. We miss them already, not to mention the sunshine, beach and beauty in general!

This was our seventh visit to a Hard Rock property, and without question, it was the best experience we’ve ever had! The attention to detail was flawless, and every part of our stay exceeded expectations. A huge thanks to our incredible butlers, Elvido and Rafael, who ensured everything ran smoothly. From coordinating perfect dinner reservations to handling every request with care, they stayed in constant communication to make our vacation seamless. The spa was phenomenal—Yanira gave the best massages and treatments we’ve ever experienced. Everything from the spa to beach service was spectacular. Jeffrey, who served us at the beach, even gave us a hug before we left—an unforgettable personal touch. At the Hard Rock, they often say “welcome home,” and this time, we truly felt at home. This level of service has set a new standard for us, and we know we won’t be happy with anything less. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
