Our 3rd family vacation ??

This was our family's 3rd time at this location - so far, it is our favorite resort! The property is so big and beautifully maintained. The food is amazing and the staff is so friendly, always happy, singing and dancing. It is contagious! Elvido was our butler again. He's always on top of everything. Anything we'd asked for, he would make it happen. From reserving chairs at any pool we wanted or at the beach, to dinner reservations at our favorite restaurants or private dinner at the beach, favorite bottles of licor, fruit and cheese trays and champagne brought to the room. The list goes on. He sure made us feel special! He is very responsible, respectful, and kind person. Always going above and beyond! Rafael was also one of our butlers. He is very nice and respectful. We are glad we met him. Him and Elvido would meet us every night before dinner to make sure we had everything we needed. During the day, they would also come to the pool to check on us. Henry at Ciao Trattoria was our waiter for lunch one day. He thought of everything we could possibly need and suggested the best options available. He was so kind, nice, and respectful. Marcial served us at Ciao for breakfast. What a nice kid! So respectful and kind. He's a hardworking kid that went above and beyond every time! When we were at the central pool, Doralinda made sure we always had our favorite drinks made exactly how we wanted. She's such a nice lady to talk to! We met Fitzgerald at the lobby one night after dinner. He made us some very yummy drinks just before we went to the moon lounge for a silent disco party. He was so funny while making the drinks! At the member's pool, Davidson took such good care of us, always made sure we had drinks and food. Scooby Doo, the member's pool manager made our stay at the pool very pleasant. He takes great care of everyone! We love Punta Cana and it's people. We will definitely be back soon!

We had a wonderful time at Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana, however, some restaurant services were not as expected. The Zen restaurant with Sushi only the rice was undercooked and the service itself was poor.
