AWESOME PLACE TO RELAX! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Place was amazing but some of the service deserves extra attention. WANDER was our shuttle to/from the resort & golf club and he gets 10/10 stars. Very friendly, easy to talk to. Can converse in English fluently and made us feel at home. Another special call out goes to Yazmin & Belkis who operate one of the concession stands in building 7 near the pool. Had a blast and will be coming back 100%. Food & drinks were good and rooms were clean. Highly recommend!!
lack of security and negligence

We stayed at the Hard Rock Punta Cana from May 8 to 12, 2025. My mother cut her foot at the hotel (in front of sector 5B there is a poorly maintained speed bump and she tripped). Since she was bleeding a lot, the bellhop took us to the medical center. When we got there, the doctor said that we would have to pay for the service and that he wouldn't even be able to examine or clean the bleeding if we didn't pay. We were desperate, not knowing what to do. He made me sign a waiver stating that I would refuse treatment while my mother, a 70-year-old woman, was bleeding. The hotel doctor allowed her to leave bleeding and said that if we wanted, we could buy gauze or antiseptics at the pharmacy. The hotel did not provide first aid! The doctor wanted to profit from someone else's tragedy. The hotel was responsible for the poor maintenance of the speed bump, which is a safety risk to guests, and refused to provide first aid. That put an end to our trip.
