Hotel was ok. This Hotel had gorgeous grounds unfortunately on this trip the maintanance seems to be slacking. My compliments to our Butlers Brayner and Charles. Very attentive and accommodating. We have had Brayner several times and he is always the best.. Restaurants don't seem to have any Martini glasses. When ordering one it may be served in a juice, wine or Margarita glass. Olives seems to be a hit or miss. This continues to be a problem. We had a great meal at Ciao, even though service has always been slow. Toro head chef Elio, manager Victor and reservation staff, are always the reason we go. They pay great attention to service. Plus the steaks are the best. The Market restaurant has definitely upgraded their menu. Food presentation and flavor have improved greatly. I'm a chef and my compliments to Orlando who manages this restaurant extremely well. Our waiters Berlin and Yohon did a fantastic job. They were friendly and very professional. They all made us feel welcomed. It's always a pleasure eating here. Restaurant Zen was very disappointing. We wanted Sushi. It's obvious the hotel is focusing more on Hibachi tables. There are very few side tables. No one ever told our drink order. It took over 30 min to have our food order taken and another 40 to deliver. We didn't blame the waiters they were working very hard, restaurant is short staffed. The pool staff were all amazing and worked extremely had to please everyone. No matter if you needed an umbrella, a drink or had a food order. Having Hall of Fame status doesn't hold much clout anymore. Previously when checking in you felt so welcomed. A hostess provided a cocktail and there were various food items to eat. Now they serve donuts and you get your own drink! Checking out can become a lengthly process because everyone checks out in the group lobby. Whether you're a member or non-member just booking online. There was a minor error with my bill, unfortunately no one with any authority could help resolve it. Housekeeping continues having the same problems the lack of wash clothes, and bath mats. You never know what you will get when staying at this location. It's like the casino sometimes you win other times you loose.

I can’t say enough good things about Marleny, our waitress at Bistro Med Restaurant. She was genuinely excellent—smiling the entire time as she coordinated with the chef to safely accommodate my allergies. Her kindness and attention to detail made the experience special, and the salmon was so fresh and perfectly prepared.
