It was a very good experience. Overall I liked the hotel. Friendly and always helpful staff. Best of all is the entertainment squad with a lot of activities a lot of fun and really professional especially Melaza who was always trying to make people happy. Totally recommend.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The service was awful from start to finish—staff appeared uninterested, unhelpful, and at times unprofessional. The facilities are very dated and poorly maintained, nothing like what is advertised. Rooms and common areas felt old and neglected, which made the stay uncomfortable. The food was another major letdown. The restaurant offered very poor-quality meals with little variety and disappointing presentation. The drinks were equally bad—low quality and poorly prepared, certainly not what you would expect from a hotel at this price point. Overall, this hotel failed in almost every aspect: service, facilities, and dining. I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning.

Impressive Hotel, Punta Cana. Delightful staff and reception. We were given a ground floor room because of my wife's knees. Beautiful Beach ,with Palm Tree shade was so close, we spent two weeks walking between the two Canteen staff made us so welcome, Room was spacious, well cleaned, with very fridndly room service. Our broken roomsafe was replaced. Very quiet .Lovely swimming pools, and activities.

The room does not look like the pictures, it smells like mold, with rusty mirrors, I was surprised after 24 hours of traveling from Europe to be sent to a room that was very dirty, with many insects, the food was repetitive, and the staff cannot help you because they do not speak English, not even the manager, I do not recommend it

Impressive is not a bad resort , what made it so horrible for me it was my encounter with upfront customer service. I would hoped they do at some point improves on that dept . What made it special the rest of the trip ,to us it was the people that work within for impressive that we met along the way . First Rainer ( maletero) from picking us up to bring us to our room made the bad experience from front desk so much better for us . A few amazing staff members from the Buffet, Esperanza, Martha, the juice bar lady and some of the cook line folks -Thank You for treating us like family ! Great entertaining group ! Thx for spaghetti for taking the time to get to know you better . Keep up that spirit . Beautiful Beach view , and it was clean the whole time we were there !
