The entertainment team and the various entertainment activities on offer are the hotel's strong point! Thank you to Melaza and Damas for the yoga class, which was my favourite activity (Excelente), as well as the White party and the Michael Jackson tribute show. The hotel's security is also worth mentioning, amazing. The baggage assistance were also great, especially Johancel. Points for improvement: the Wi-Fi signal is very weak. Very nice Hotel, staff and location. We stayed in the Premium Plus and would highly recommend especially a room with easy pool access for the day, I would recommend to anyone to enjoy, the sea this time of year(Dec) has an undercurrent which was strong, and lots of seaweed, rooms always clean and staff very helpful but understand Spanish better than English. Having a Dr on site was great as my children fell Ill, but luckily also excellent pahramcy within 500 metres of hotel gates saved us a lot of money.
