We stayed at the Impressive Premium in Punta Cana, beautiful resort, great service and polite people. Really enjoyed our stay

Very nice Hotel, staff and location. We stayed in the Premium Plus and would highly recommend especially a room with easy pool access for the day, I would recommend to anyone to enjoy, the sea this time of year(Dec) has an undercurrent which was strong, and lots of seaweed, rooms always clean and staff very helpful but understand Spanish better than English. Having a Dr on site was great as my children fell Ill, but luckily also excellent pahramcy within 500 metres of hotel gates saved us a lot of money.

the room was very comfortable and spacious. We were next to the beach and the pool and that was very convenient. The staff were great especially carlos at on the grill. He brought everything for us without even asking. The housekeeping team was amazing as well they let them know that there was a dad odor coming from the drains and they placed coffee bags for us the made sure our room was clean every day. Huge respect to them. The stay overall was great except the fact that very few staff spoke english and the room had mold on the ceiling in bathroom but that’s normal because of the humidity. I would prefer to visit again because of the staff and the location.

Excelent staff, cleanest, garden, Beach, quality of the food and drinks.. I relaxed there and deifinitely return back. I fully enjoyed every moment there. I recharged my "battery"

We had a wonderful two weeks, we upgraded to Premium and it was definitely worth it. A lovely room by the pool. A beautiful resort, everything was well kept and the hotel has literally thought of everything. There’s something to please everyone. The entertainment team were fantastic and the shows were the best we have seen. Great choice of restaurants to book. The staff did a great job over a busy Christmas period, they made it special with lovely decorations and activities. We were always able to find sun loungers and the choice of quiet areas or areas where the fun was happening . One of the best holidays we have ever had and we were sad to leave. We decided not to book any trips this time and just relaxed in the resort and we were certainly never bored in the whole fortnight. Enjoyed every minute and so pleased that we booked this resort.
