Royalton Bávaro is an absolute hit! Right on the beach, everything super convenient, calm and safe area. Rooms are huge with super comfy beds, spotless and cleaned twice a day. Pools, beach, and lazy river are awesome, restaurants (Italian and Steak House) are delicious, and the staff is always smiling and helpful. Big shoutout to Christian and Carlo at the Diamond Pool bar — such super positive, fun guys who made the pool experience even better! The vibe is perfect for couples looking for luxury and relaxation — but if you’re up for a party, you can find that too. Noise? Zero issues, even with beach parties going on, I slept like a baby. And the absolute best part — my butler Joel. What a guy! Super positive, friendly, always smiling, and ready to help with anything. He took care of everything I needed, no stress with bookings or requests. Even when I had a rash, he had the meds delivered to my room in 30 minutes — total legend. Thanks to him, the whole stay was next-level! 100% recommend, we’re already planning to come back! ??

This is our 5th visit to the resort. One thing I would think should be noted on booking or arrival. The resort should know this. We come back because we love the resort - this should be acknowledged. ?? We always use DC . Swim out room This time we stayed in building 18. Good location between everything ! There was construction, however this never interrupted anything. No noise , no concerns I do miss the pizza window for lunches. I think this was a fantastic feature. - please bring this back. I would guess it’s hard to keep up with the demand ! ?? Second suggestion - the pasta station at buffet needs some tweaking .. ?? there should be two people working the station with 4 pans. Washing two pans while 2 pans are cooking ! One person adding pasta to water and washing the pans. The second person concentrates on cooking the pasta with sauce. It needs to move more efficiently. It’s a popular spot! The staff are very friendly ! We have always been treated with respect. Shouts outs to: ~Starling at the DC pool - thank you for your assistance ! ~Carlos the DC waiter - attentive and always started our morning with a cold bottle of water and glass of ice ! Nice touch After the water he delivered our drinks of choice ! Always keeping an eye on us as he walked by ! That is service. ~Christian - the DC pool swim up bartender ! “ I got you” once glass emptied and he was on it ! ~ 815 Yoga instructor Monday Wednesday I apologize I forget his name. His class was great. Informative and easy to follow ! My legs are sore !!! ??????? ~ Bell man Erinson. Always good for a ride to the lobby ! On time and courteous ! Michael - Butler I am not sure how many rooms he has to be responsible for .. but we had 3 rooms. I think he tried his best but we had some room issues and this was not his fault but hard to fix as a butler - they tend to get all the complaints ! Not sure how many days they work in a row but it’s not a demanding job physically - but the mental weight could be exhausting !!! Hats off to the butlers . I am thankful for the opportunity to be able to travel and enjoy a week of sun and relaxation ! These people work very hard , daily ! I know guests have different levels of expections and service demands - but sometimes you just need to ask yourself, does it truely matter. In the big world if your bed is not made or your beer is not in the fridge - are you still ok ? Be thankful for health and happiness ! Overall 5/5 - few minor improvements but didn’t affect us at all. Food - We stayed DC and our butler (Jesus) managed to get us a reservation every night in the à la carte restaurants. The food was tasty and had lots of flavour everywhere we went. The only downside was the wait (mainly at Italian) but they are trying their best and have a lot of guests to accompany at once. Atmosphere + Entertainment - the entertainment here was great they have a kids show at 8pm then followed by an adults show at 9pm then a DJ on from 10pm. The entertainment included fire shows, white party on the beach, circus acts and queen tribute which we highly enjoyed. There was also activities by the infinity pool everyday which were fun and entertaining. There is also a diamond club pool, one main pool, a lazy river, two whirlpools, a kids pool with slides, a smaller pool and an infinity pool to choose from aswell as the beach! We never ran out of space to find a sun-bed as plenty were available. Rooms - our room was great! Our butler Jesus checked everyday if anything was wrong. The maids were very efficient and cleaned everyday. The minibar stayed topped up - if there was a day this was missed our butler made sure this was topped up asap for us. You could also request what you preferred out the minibar which was good. The only downside to the room was the toilet door - it did stick a little bit and was quite hard to slide but I think that is how they are made. Value - we paid for Diamond Club and we felt like we got more than value for money. We had free access to the splash world (water park), where we got a shuttle free from the hotel at 10am. We also had free access to the flow rider between 9-10am and 2-3pm each day. We used the DC lounge a lot whether it was to chill out or just grab a snack as there is constantly food on there. Our butler Jesus was amazing throughout and we couldn't recommend him enough. Noise level - The noise from the entertainment on a night is quite loud if watching but we stopped in room 18326 and once the balcony door was closed we couldn’t hear anything (which was great as we was across from the Rio where wedding party’s were held) Extra - it was my girlfriends birthday and Jesus came to decorate the room with me with balloons and banners to make her day special. Overall- we enjoyed our experience and we feel like diamond club was worth paying the bit extra as it made our holiday stress free. We will 100% be returning. A final shoutout to Jesus as we wouldn’t have the same experience we have had without him.

We have been to the Royalton Bavaro on so many occasions I have lost count! The atmosphere, entertainment and location are fantastic. we usually stay in the Diamond Club but due to non response to emails from the Hotel we stayed in the Luxury rooms which we found really lovely. The first couple of nights were a little sleepless as the next door neighbour had the TV on loud all night long and we could hear it clearly through the walls, but after he left it was quiet. One fire alarm that started at 4am on the 4th night, ended up outside for an hour but no fire!! The complex, rooms which were beautifully cleaned and restocked (Bit of a shortage of towels whilst we were there but even so we didn't go short), food, wow, absolutely amazing especially the seafood and the oxtail, staff are second to non always smiling and loving their job. I would not want to holiday anywhere else and have been coming here for over 11 years. Special shout out to Blas, what an absolute star he is!! The steak restaurant would not be the same without him, caring, considerate, can't do enough for you, arranges wonderful birthday celebrations and is always up for a laugh. So many staff I would like to mention who always make our holiday special and they know who they are :) Angela, what an amazing hostess. Value for money, yes, but its not cheap but what you get for the money is a lot. To our Dominican Family, everything was excellente' and can't wait to see you all again in February.

The Royalton Bavaro Hotel in Punta Cana was beautiful and enjoyable overall. I wish there were more outdoor daytime activities like Zumba near the beach instead of only in the pool. Punta Cana itself is nice, but safety concerns limit exploring downtown. Sadly, our luggage was damaged and items went missing, which was very disappointing..
