Miserable experience on our stay

Miserable hotel receptionist, butler and restaurant waiter. ( I was simply told by the hotel receptionist, after 1 hour waiting for the check in, YOU ARE IN DOMINICAN REPUPLIC - YOU SHOULD SPEAK SPANISH) sorry not all the tourists, could speak spanish even though they love to. The waiter who takes order in restaurant, was very rude. Showing attitude and delaying on taking your orders with showing attitude Dirty beach and moving us to a different resort in which you should pay for where you sit. First time experience in dominican republic
