We went to Zoetry in Dec 2025 and it completely exceeded all of our expectations. We chose this resort for the boutique vibes and were not disappointed. We immediately felt welcomed and pampered and the feeling carried throughout the whole stay. The app was great for keeping up to date with menus and activities. Personal butler/concierge was very nice touch and all of the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Loved the Christmas decor. Some of the best food and drinks we've had at an all-inclusive, we miss it already and can't wait to come back!

My mother and I recently spent a magical week at the resort. The resort and beach are beautiful, the food is amazing, the spa is divine and the activities are wonderful. However the best part of our stay was the wonderful staff, they are friendly, happy, thoughtful, and attentive and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. I am reluctant to name specific staff for fear of missing someone they were all wonderful. However, I must give a special shout out to our Concierge Amada. She was simply amazing, somehow knowing what we needed before we did! She is kind and caring and made us feel safe and comfortable. As female travellers we truly appreciated a female in this role. Every little detail was taken care of and we came home relaxed and restored. Will definitely be back!

My Wife and I were looking for a truly relaxing peaceful time and that is Exactly why we found at Zoetry. The joy of being on the beach and actually hearing the sound of the Ocean as opposed to the constant thumping of music brought us great joy. Walking the grounds of the place has a very magical feeling. I cannot say enough how gentle this place feels. The staff is so sincerely kind. Some honorable mentions include: Octavio "Exec Chef" Alejandro "Concierge" wait staff "Wilca, Natali, Johanna, Mayra, Rosa, Oliver, Sory and Elizabeth at check out. These are the names We were able to remember but every staff member we came across was warm/kind/helpful if needed.
