The best kids club

The resort was great, but what really stood out to us was the fantastic kids' club and their team. My children have been to a few resort kids clubs, and this has by far been the best. My son has ADHD and often won't stay for long, but he wanted to be there all day! Their activities are amazing, and the kids had a blast, even participating in the final evening show. The team was kind, patient, and our kids felt comfortable, safe, and enjoyed it very much. This allowed my husband and me to spend time together, which we rarely do. Thank you to Adriana, Guillermo, Angel, Montse, Itzamaray, Yazmin, and Ashley for being such wonderful kids' club staff and for the amazing job you do.
Room maintenance issues

We had a bunch of maintenance issues in the room. Toilet wasn't fishing and had to do some follow up until they came and fixed it the next day. The room door luck wasnt working with the key card or the wrist band.. I had to call multiple times to get someone open the door me and few more time to get someone come and fix it.. 25% of my 3 day stay there went into trying to resolve the room issues..
