Amazing stay at grand bahia Tulim ??

We arrived here the end of May and spent 10 days in the Amazing place, food, drinks, pools, staff were all amazing. But what really made our holiday here were the entertainment team especially Erick, Alejandro, David, Edgar and GP but honestly the were all Amazing, getting us up to dance join in the games, and always so lovely to my little boy ?? who loved joining in all the games. They honestly are the best entertainment team ever and work so hard. The other people who made our holiday was the kids club staff wow they are amazing, I have never left my little boy who is 5 in any kids clubs but with these I felt so safe, they would send me pictures of him doing activities etc. he also performed in 2 of the shows the frozen show and the circus show, they were both amazing, watching my little boy dressed up as a lion, Olaf and an ice breaker and performing in his show was just Amazing, I was so emotional ?? the staff here are truly amazing, they have rehearsals in the day time to get them ready for their show of a nighttime ?? the stuff the kids club put on of a day and night is brilliant from arts and crafts to trips to the beach, waterpark, kids party’s, mini discos. I felt so safe leaving my little boy in kids club with the loveliest people looking after him, thank you so much Guillemot, Angel, Joselin, Montse, Luis, Adrian and Paulina ?? the best kids club ever ?? We will definitely be back to this hotel, we loved it ??????

We had a fantastic trip to Grand Bahia Tulum, we stayed for 2 weeks. The food, room, views were all fantastic. I travelled with my wife and young son (2) and we all had a great trip! We had an issue with the room, but Sandra at guest services sorted it for us and put us in a new room. Jordi and Jesus in Tulum Yucatan buffet were both fantastic at their jobs! Thank you to all staff, for looking after us!
