We had a fantastic all around stay ! Staff, food, rooms, pools, kids club. Everything was top notch and so well executed. Special thanks to manager Carlos, he's really on top of things and a class act. Waiter Daniel always ++attentive. Kids club counselors were ultra fun and spectacularly fun with children: ?? *Julieta* ?? *Paulina* ?? *Adriana* ?? *Luis* ?? *Guillermo* ?? *Fernanda* ?? *Angel* High regards from all of us. Resort keeps captive dolphins in a swimming pool for enjoyment of tourists.

I was booked to this resort by a family member. When I found out the resort keeps a 'swim with dolphins' experience in a small swimming pool located within view of the rooms I was horrified and I I tried to cancel. The resort has a firm no refunds policy. I can't think of anything more awful than visiting a resort with captive dolphins in a pool.
