Amazing Hotel Will be sorry to leave in the morning and will definitely be coming back. The à la carte restaurants are all fantastic and we had no problems booking them with our concierge Jarered and would recommend speaking to you concierge as the app shows no availability. The bar staff at the beach bar Casa Alma were great and all work so hard The black sheep bar was amazing with really friendly staff, thank you to Roberto Thomas for making our evenings in there very enjoyable. We will definitely return

Adolfa was wonderful at Tonino restaurant. He even helped with ordering my gluten free dinner. Atmosphere and food was excellent along with his service!

Came to the restaurant “Butcher” and was served by their waiter, Armando. Food was amazing but the service was what really tied it all together. Armando was so nice, made jokes and even prepared my family and I am additional plate of food to share amongst all of us out of the kindness of his heart! So sweet and so much hospitality, my family and I enjoyed it greatly!

My family and I went to this resort at the beginning of January of 2026. The resort was wonderful and all the staff were very nice. Everyone is very polite at all the restaurants and the food was amazing everywhere. On that note, we went to one of the restaurants, Butcher, for one of our dinners during our stay and it was an amazing experience. Our waiter, Armando, went above and beyond with our service and was so kind. He was an exceptional waiter and stood out from the rest because he was conversational, professional and made our experience better than we could have imagined.
