Luxury, well dedicated staff, super friendly and respectful. Our concierge Aaron was on top of everything all the time.

I'm not sure if there are enough words to describe the unbelievable experience we had during our stay this week. The setting is beyond beautiful (we stayed in Zen area), the food is otherworldly and plentiful, rooms are fantastic and large, and the drinks kept flowing. All that said, it's the staff that brings it to the next level! Iza made sure that everything was perfect, continued to check in to ask how she can do even more to make the experience better. She even sent balloons, strawberries and champagne to our room to celebrate our daughter's 25th birthday. If you're thinking about staying here...do it!!
