Grand Velas resort is an all inclusive paradise! Their goal is to make sure all of your needs are met, and ensure every member of the family enjoys themselves, from amazing food all throughout the resort, pool time fun and experiences in the area you’ll never forget Grand Velas is a new top spot for our family and we look forward to our next trip! Braulio Lopez was our personal concierge and made reservation changes on the fly, would check on us through the resort and made us feel welcomed like family!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Grand Velas Riviera Maya and had an absolutely outstanding experience. Our concierge, Jessica, was incredibly attentive, responsive, and always one step ahead of our needs. Thanks to her, we had a stress-free vacation. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better concierge. Thank you JESSICA!!!!! Also a huge thanks goes to Enrique, the pool bar manager. He made our experience at the adult only pool unforgettable. He was professional, friendly, and attentive. Thank you ENRIQUE!!! The restaurants on the property were truly phenomenal—each meal felt like fine dining, with diverse options and top-tier cuisine. We also enjoyed room service. It was easy and quick each time. I highly recommend the Grand Velas Riviera Maya and look forward to returning. Thanks again to Enrique and Jessica for making our trip so special!
