The stench from the mounds of seaweed is unbearable and you cannot access the beach. They require you to sign a statement upon check-in that they are "trying their best" regarding the seaweed but the fact remains that the smell is awful AND you can't even use the beach. The grounds are beautiful, but it's difficult to enjoy. The service is average, although I do believe the staff are trying their best and they are very kind. Food is average. Pools and rooms are clean but you can't get away from the smell of rotting seaweed. Cable goes out often. Most inside areas are either not air conditioned or not well air conditioned. Walls are thin so you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. I would never book again.

I really recommend this hotel, the food is amazing in all the restaurants, the shows at night are awesome especially the Elements show. The foam party at night was great. Loved our stay! But Viri is who made the trip for us. She went above and beyond and made our experience unforgettable. So sweet and attentive. Thank you Viri ??
