Hotel check in was quick and friendly service. They gave details of fun things to do at hotel. I used Guest of Honor Hyatt award . Globalist get free resort fees parking and club access. The club was closed for renovations so we got free breakfast at the Seaview breakfast buffet. It was awesome. Awesome food and friendly staff. I miss the omelet station and bagels and salmon . Can’t wait to return. .
Avoid at all costs - better options abound // 2.5 star, not 4

This was the worst experience I've had at a hotel this year. There were many problems, so it's easier to bullet point them: - The room did not having simply amenities like slippers or a robe or even windows that opened, - The thermostat was locked at a high temperature, and the windows would not open - The refrigerator was broken (which we only learned after trying to put our leftover salmon in it and finding it stunk up the room), which was problematic because there was only hot air in the room and the windows were all locked -the room service food we received had mold on it despite costing over 50$, - a simple hot water kettle we requested was never delivered, I was charged 45$ 'receiving fee' for the one that i ordered from amazon for 15$, despite not authorizing it. - They charge 15$ a day for what i would consider standard wifi of 25mb/s on top of the "resort fee" There were others, but this is the core of it. I spoke with the manager and they provided minimal relief. All front desk staff i spoke to were broadly apathetic and failed to have the courtesy i receive at holiday inns and other lower tier hotels. They are close to the conference center, and clearly assume people will accept the terrible service due to the proximity. There are several other hotels near by, like the Omni across the street. Avoid at all costs, this place will take advantage of your limited time while you are in town for your conference.
