Very big Hotel with Ocean view situated near by Seaport Village. We travelled with Kids and they were very supportive, giving us a room in the corner with amazing views. We will repeat for sure. Hotel was very clean and has a huge gym

Underwhelming

Did not meet my expectations. Check in was the high point of my visit. I was in town for a conference and looked forward to my stay. Unfortunately the room although “cleaned”, it wasn’t clean. There was visible dust on the dresser/desk and the bath room crevices still had hair that wasn’t ethically linked to me. Because I spent a majority of my time at conference events, I let this go by. However where I was even more disappointed was the unreliability of the WiFi in the room. I was in several meetings and the internet disconnected MULTIPLE times. It got to the point where I had to rely on the hotspot on my phone. I called down twice to the front desk and they said they were aware of the problem but offered no resolution, apology or reassurance but rather just transferred me to your random internet service provider/IT company that didn’t even know what hotel I was staying in. This was a totally unacceptable experience for a guest and terrible as a business traveler.
