The staff was very helpful and friendly. I loved having the option to text housekeeping for extra towels/supplies during our stay. The check in and out process was very easy as well. We only ate at one of the restaurants but the food was very good.

The hotel lobby is beautiful. Staff friendly and efficient. Food was expensive and average. The best fitness center I have experienced in a hotel!! Fourth floor pool and hot tubs perfect. Walking distance to Seaport Village, Midway museum, bus tours. Balboa park/ San Diego zoo a short drive.

The hotel staff was exceptional from check-in to check-out. The hotel was clean and very well run. Elevators were interesting, no buttons inside, but was very quick and efficient. Beautiful pool and seating inside and out. Had a wonderful stay!

From check in to check out it was a great experience. Lauren at the front desk helped us into a suite for a little more money. It was amazing. Our room attendant Martha was excellent. She took great care of all our needs. The hotel had great security. You couldn't even get on the elevator without a room key card.

The hotel is an experience that you don't want to miss. Great staff, service, food and atmosphere. I highly recommend it. The Seaport Tower Penthouse suite view was breathtakingly spectacular. You’ll love the pool. Can't miss with the restaurants.
