We had a great experience at the Manchester Grand Hyatt. It's a great location for a conference and I enjoyed taking my daughter and husband with me.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Manchester in San Diego. Even though the property is in the midst of updates, the hotel handled everything seamlessly—no disruptions, no clutter, just smooth operations. The staff was above excellent: friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful at every turn. My room was quiet and comfortable, and the views were absolutely gorgeous—exactly the kind of scenery you want to wake up to. Overall, it was a very peaceful experience from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend.

Another wonderful long weekend at the Manchester Hyatt celebrating my wife's birthday. Great property, location, and staff. Only downside was some construction going on but it did not really inconvenience us and it is the price you pay to keep things in top shape.

Amazing place, fabulous location on the Harbor. You walk out the back door of the hotel straight into Seaport Village with little shops, wine tasting, restaurants, and a walking path on the water. Somehow we were able to book a stay with Grand Club access (for an added fee) on Hyatt’s website, even though it turned out that the club was closed for renovations. Strange and disappointing. Customer service was minimal. We called the front desk from our hotel room to ask about Grand Club breakfast hours, and we reached an automated message. When we finally got through to an attendant, they told us the club breakfast hours, but they didn't mention that the club was closed for renovations. We literally had to go to the club to find a sign telling us it was closed, right after calling the front desk. The difficult access and inaccurate customer service detracted from the overall luxurious stay. We did get a tasty breakfast at the Seaview Restaurant with omelets, waffles, and even honeycomb.

Excellent stay experience. Service was on point, cleanliness throughout and a Peaceful environment to enjoy our Wonderful VAREP Annual Conference! Hyatt executed precise use of the space continuously changing up the room to cater to our ever continuous flow of activities. Well Done Grand Hyatt!
