Elevator was out of service 3 of 4 days I was there and I was on the 6th floor. I was assessed a daily resort fee but was denied use of the pool as it was booked for an event. Service and food in the Piper Restaurant was sub par. It was hard to get the server's attention asfter being served inediblde food.

Overall a great experience at a great location. Bed was a little uncomfortable for this class of hotel, but breakfast and rooftop bar made up for it. I would definitely come back again. Thanks to all the staff for making it a great experience.
