Fantastic hotel in downtown San Francisco

Had a wonderful experience at the Grand Hyatt. They were able to check me in a bit early. I had a room on the 25 floor and the views of the city were incredible. Nice spacious clean rooms. The hotel is walking distance to the BART and many other centrally located buses which made commuting across the city a breeze. Union Square has lots of restaurants and shops to keep one entertained and satisfied.
Customer service needs improvement

The customer service here is subpar. Staff are very curt and offered no Information about the area, hotel facilities or any welcome as a Hyatt member. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The room was a decent size for us travelling with our son.

Very nice room ..comfy pillows nice extensive breakfast Was a bit overpriced but so was everything else in San Francisco. Very helpful staff

Very clean and beautiful hotel. We stayed on 17th floor and view was Beautiful at night. Very clean and everybody was helpful and professional. Easy to catch Uber and Waymo. We stayed here couple days before a cruise. Will stay again if we visit San Francisco again.

Stayed here one night in June. We were in town for a concert at Chase Center. We found this hotel to be in an ideal location for taking the Muni to/from the show. The hotel was affordable and clean. The majority of the staff was friendly and the off street parking was close and extremely safe and affordable. I will definitely stay here again.
