Great Hotel. Great Service. Close to Chinatown. Close to great restaurants. Worth the stay. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood.
Good Room & Location. Lower than Expected Service Quality at Reception/Check-In

Friendliness, attentiveness, and care from the reception/check-in staff was below what I would expect for any hotel and certainly for a hotel within the Hyatt group. While the room was good and the location is great, the service of the staff comparable to other similar hotel types was definitely much lower. Doesn't give me confidence in wanting to return there or expecting good service in the future.

Nightmare check in experience with confused desk staff and outdated rooms. Missing basic amenities like charger outlets by the bed. No curtains to block bright morning light. Full sized beds instead of queens and super flat pillows. thermostat seemed to be wrong as the room wouldn’t get cool
Great hotel and accommodations. Love the location!

Great hotel and accommodations. Location was central to everything. The staff were attentive and the rooms were nice.

horrific stay, staff lost bag of medical supplies, lied about it, broke into room whilst guest was away at the doctor, billed 140% more than agreed. nightmare of a hotel, management is dishonest
