The Grand Hyatt has an excellent location, which was definitely the highlight of my stay. However, the property could benefit from some updates. I noticed visible stains on the carpet in the restaurant, and the carpet in my Executive Suite also showed signs of wear. I've stayed at many Hyatt properties around the world, and this maybe one of the noisier experiences I've had. The windows soundproofing could be improved, as I was awakened several times during the night by street noise and emergency vehicle sirens. (stayed in 19th floor) Overall, the location is hard to beat, but some renovations and better noise insulation would greatly enhance the guest experience.

This was not a great experience given our previous stay in Seattle with Grand Hyatt. If you expect help with luggage or a door being opened then lower your expectations, you won’t get help here, just stared at. Shower broke on very first use and had to get washed in sink as front desk wouldn’t answer. Housekeeping was good and location is great for getting around San Francisco. This was a huge letdown compared to our past visit to Grand Hyatt. Consider another place if you want staff to be helpful and not be overheard swearing at customers!

4 pm check in is a bit late (couldn’t get early check in) but 12 pm check out is great. Great location. Parking nearby and on site. Staff very friendly and helpful.

we had our conference at the Hyatt hotel and utilized the 36th floor room for the event. See the beautiful views of the city. We enjoyed the conference very much and the location of this hotel.

The staff is great! We visited for 4 nights. ELIZABETH at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating. When the start of your stay is warm , everything is better! Rooms were clean . Would definitely come back whenever I’m in SF. Thank you!
