Great hotel and accommodations. Location was central to everything. The staff were attentive and the rooms were nice.

horrific stay, staff lost bag of medical supplies, lied about it, broke into room whilst guest was away at the doctor, billed 140% more than agreed. nightmare of a hotel, management is dishonest

This was our first time stay in this hotel. From review, it does not sound like a very safe or updated place and breakfast is so so. To our surprise, this is a very nice hotel with great view, great location and great breakfast. For a globalist, we would like to stay here in the future. Surrounding area is very safe. Does not see too much homeless. The new mayor is making San Francisco great again!

While our overall stay was wonderful, I believe the check-in process could be improved with more proactive communication. The front desk staff felt a bit cold and didn't provide essential information regarding breakfast times, locations, or amenities like the lounge and parking until I specifically asked. However, the experience was completely turned around by Victor Diaz, the Director of Operations. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional, personally reaching out to handle our accommodations. He even arranged a beautiful birthday cake and decorations for my child, and the suite upgrade made us feel incredibly valued. Because of Victor’s outstanding service, we will definitely return.

Prime location and walking distance to Union Square, restaurants, and shopping. We had a suite overlooking the city streets and the bay. Gorgeous view day and night! Every staff members were helpful. Parking is nearby but we did valet. Room and surroundings were clean. Enjoyed our Valentine's weekend stay there!
