My stay was absolutely fabulous. The rooms were elegant and extremely comfortable, making the entire experience very relaxing. The staff was warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The service was truly top notch, from the seamless check in process to the exceptional hospitality throughout my stay. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, making it one of the most pleasant hotel experiences I have had. I would highly recommend the Grand Hyatt to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.

The hotel was very central location where I wanted to visit. The room was clean. I had a very good view from my room. I recommend this hotel.

Best grand hyatt experience thus far. Very attentive front desk, housekeeping and lounge/restaurant staff. Had a very impressive room with bay views. Got my money’s worth. Has modern cool aesthetic and great artwork - the hotel channel talks about the hotel’s art installations. Greta location - close to Chinatown, nearby bus stops make it easy to access North Beach, Crissy field, Fisherman’s wharf, The Presidio, etc.

The Grand Hyatt has an excellent location, which was definitely the highlight of my stay. However, the property could benefit from some updates. I noticed visible stains on the carpet in the restaurant, and the carpet in my Executive Suite also showed signs of wear. I've stayed at many Hyatt properties around the world, and this maybe one of the noisier experiences I've had. The windows soundproofing could be improved, as I was awakened several times during the night by street noise and emergency vehicle sirens. (stayed in 19th floor) Overall, the location is hard to beat, but some renovations and better noise insulation would greatly enhance the guest experience.

This was not a great experience given our previous stay in Seattle with Grand Hyatt. If you expect help with luggage or a door being opened then lower your expectations, you won’t get help here, just stared at. Shower broke on very first use and had to get washed in sink as front desk wouldn’t answer. Housekeeping was good and location is great for getting around San Francisco. This was a huge letdown compared to our past visit to Grand Hyatt. Consider another place if you want staff to be helpful and not be overheard swearing at customers!
